Hi, Thank you for reviewing us. I am sorry you were not given more toiletries or towels. this was our mistake. generally we do provide clean towels every two days and would gladly have given you clean towels and more toiletries if you had let us know that we had forgotten to do so. There is a corner unit to the left of the wash hand basin with three shelves for additional toiletries, there are also two shelves in the vanity cupboard and well as the cupboard itself. I am very sorry you found this inadequate. we have not found this to be an issue before. we do take comments seriously and, where appropriate, take action accordingly. we re sorry you were so disappointed.

I dont believe you actually mentioned this or requested a later check out time. Hi.. thank you so much for your feedback. We have soft toppers on the bed after a guest felt they were too firm! they are not foam though!!! I guess beds are a very personal thing and it is very difficult to get it right for everyone. Im sorry it wasnt the best for you. Maybe when you come again we can try and do something if you make contact with us... although I cant promise. Im realy sorry about the mildew in the silicone in the shower. we have been trying to get someone to come and re-do all the silicone, so far without success, but are still trying!!! Im glad you enjoyed your stay
