Location was good. Breakfast room was nice and big with a well equipped kitchen. 0nly criticism I have is the lack of airconditioning. The property could install airconditioning rather then the small portable airconditioner they provided because our room was quite hot in the afternoons.
One of the best stay I would say. While staying there, we didn’t miss our home. We feel safe and secure. And the best part was we can use the kitchen by bringing our own supplies and enjoy the food that we want to have and feel free to enjoy every area with no restrictions.
Comfy small room, with good amenities for the price. Cute adjustable brightness lanterns, but the beds are long but also narrow (tall person) that makes it hard to feel like you're all on it widthwise. Baths are good but the towels are a bit small
Ideal location close to but not crowded in amongst main street shop in Augusta. Friendly and capable staff. Clean, well-appointed rooms with kettles for making tea/coffee and a fridge for cold water and milk. While only two rooms have ensuite, the shared toilets and gendered bathrooms are clean and well-kept. Good breakfast room and other communal facilities. Easy parking. My only complaint would be dirty cutlery in the breakfast room. Augusta bakery wasn't worth a second visit, sadly, but I can recommend DeckChair cafe, 1000 Suns, the second-hand bookshop, Leeuwin lighthouse, Hamelin Bay, Margaret River, and the Berry Farm at Rosa Glen. I'll definitely stay at Baywatch again, and I've recommended it to all my family and friends.

Please note no one is on site to advise you of your room with telephone response to queries very slow .
Unit booked was ocean view double and tried to allocate us ground twin room with no view .Rooms are small with only limited shared toilets up stairs .Large room for eating breakfast self sevice with no milk in coffee machine and ability to top up on juice not available .Main advantage of this place is it was clean and in the center of town but please check out alternatives first
Great property that looks as though it has recently been renovated

This stay wasnt very pleasant no staff at all onsite even though it said reception would be attended, didnt book a shared bathroom, room is very small with a rickety chair to sit on, breakfast was some cereal in jars to choose from toast but there was no butter and only uht milk for cereal, never saw one staff member from start to finish, cant complain about the service as there was none.🙁

Room was clean and tidy, modern.
Bathroom was down stairs ( not stated in the ad for the room) It was more like a hostel ( not stated in the ad)
Room had TV but we had no access to it all.
Owners were away so we had to ring them multiple times to find out our room as we had no email or phone call prior to check in where to go. Rang the owners about accessing our TV channels but they said they could not help us due to being away for the weekend.
No heating in the rooms.
Pillows were hard and 2 single beds were joined together so not comfortable.
Not a pleasant stay.

False advertisement. There’s no ocean view at all. No service at all. No reception service and no previous communication or instructions. We got there at 8pm and called the numbers but no answer at all. We had to ask for help from another guest who thankfully told us we had to “guess” which room was ours as they just leave it open and leave the keys there. We had to go door by door seeing if one was open and matched our booking. This made the experience feel not safe at all. As anyone could walk in. Also, there was no clear sign of the room not having a private bathroom when booking. To make letters worse, there was a blackout in the morning so we couldn’t even make coffee.
We didn’t see or heard from anyone there. Terrible service.
