โ. We had a great time during our stay, and everything was very comfortable. Two people who truly made our visit extra special were Philip at the front desk and Ana Maria, our room attendant. Both were excellent human beings and a pleasure to interact with.
Philip went above and beyondโhe personally ensured we had our breakfast packed the day we had to leave early in the morning, knowing we had paid for it. That kind of care and attention made a big difference.

โAs the name of the hotel suggests, there are 47 stairs... Some people felt uncomfortable, but other than that, everything was very good. The host was very friendly. You can drink capsule coffee for free in the communal kitchen.โ
โThis was a good place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen with living room that was separated from the bathroom and bedroom. It was exactly how the picture looked. Good location for walking and food. Nearby grocery store and pharmacy. The tram is right in front of the property so very easy to get anywhere within 30 mins. Well be coming back to stay again.โ
"If you want a safe and quick walk from Termini Station, I recommend this hotel. Exit toward the McDonaldโs side, where there are always soldiers and police around, then itโs just one street in. Thereโs even a bodyguard in front of the hotel, which made us feel very secure.
The room wasnโt too small, and the bathroom was quite spacious. However, the shower wasnโt well sealed at the corners, so some water leaked outโjust a minor inconvenience.
The breakfast was satisfying, the smart TV was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
