Exceeded all my expectations! The Hotel has a charm like no others i have stayed in while touring around Spain. The staff were helpful and the property was clean and well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay and the service really stood out. From the moment we arrived, Fernando greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely welcome and took care of everything with care and attention. Happily for me, my time in Javier coincided with the running of the bulls in Pamplona so I was unable to find a hotel in town. I found the Parador because it was close enough to Javier. I predict that the Parador will earn the kind of reputation which will make it a "go to" hotel in Spain and internationally. It boasts of a courteous and efficient staff, lovely clean rooms, a gorgeous setting, and excellent food. The hotel is so good that I recommend more employees learn to speak English...

It was super clean and a great change from the other european hotels we stayed it. The staff was probably the best hotel staff I have ever had! Very nice, exremely helpfull and knowledgable about the area. Will def be back

A charming small hotel on the French / Spanish border. The couple who run the hotel are as accommodating as can be, and really a very nice experience. We were hiking in the Selva di Irati park, and this was one of the closest hotels. We were very happy with our choice. Would highly recommend!

We liked this hotel very much! Especially for the San Fermin festivities. There was a free shuttle that operated all day long so that helped save on cost. The front desk and restaurant staff was very helpful. The room was tidy. And it was a quick turn around time for the laundry service. We were able to see the fireworks from our hotel room so that was an additional plus to our stay. We will stay here again if ever in the city.

The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. The rooms are large by European standards, the bathroom is quite large, the bed and linens are good not luxury but very good, the breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good, we were allowed a late checkout and that was pretty good and helpful. It was a wonderful pleasure to stay at Auberge Ostape. Our only regret is that we only stayed two nights. It is hard to get to and incredibly worthwhile once you get there. The staff is most gracious and the restaurant is extraordinary. We hope to return.

CLEAN ROOM

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel atypique car ds une magnifique bâtisse un ancien monastère qui surplombe la vallée. Le personnel est adorable et les chambres très confortables… un havre de paix 😊

Breakfast was fresh each day, enjoyed the local fare. Room was clean and staff was very friendly.
