Wonderful stay because of the staff.

Very friendly staff and well kept hotel. Showing some aging in the carpentry but overall in the lavish marble finishing that is common in good hotels in India.

Lovely hotel - though pool out of action!

Lovely stay in this hotel for the 4 of us, nice well-appointed room. Unfortunately, the hotel pool was out of action - if we had known this prior to arriving we would have not stayed there (it was high 30's when we stayed & would have liked to use the pool after sightseeing), we could have had this information emailed to us. Nice breakfast & bar/restaurant - plenty of food choices too.

The hotel was very busy during my stay with a large wedding, but the staff worked hard to keep up with everything. The room was clean, but I did not like a key card needed to be left in a slot inside the room to keep power on. When you leave the room that stops devices from charging. The food at the dinner buffet was decent, but the seated restaurant onsite was fantastic and there is also a bar that has a relaxing environment and attentive service.

I came here with young kids and had a great day. The staff was very helpful and the food was amazing and the customized it to be non-spicy for my kids. The breakfast is really good and they packed us brunch for my kids when we were traveling upon request. The hotel is at a prominent location and a little on the outskirts of the city and hence we can avoid all the traffic While traveling as a tourist here. There is a lot of hustle and bustle in this hotel, and there were marriages held when we were staying in the hotel so it wasn’t very quiet as other hotels we have lived in. Politician also visited the hotel during our stay and there was a lot of security in the hotel that day. The pool had many bugs and the water was cold and there was no hot pool here. The gym is also not very clean and they didn’t allow my kids to touch any equipment even though I was around.
