"Murals on walls were beautiful. When we arrived they wouldn't give us a invoice as to what they were charging. Had to really argue with them to get this. Then it was wrong, not the price quoted when booked. I was charged on my account before we got there, which wasn't supposed to be. The breakfast "meal" was primarily waffles, no meat or protein except an hard boiled egg Will never book at this hotel again. The bed was comfortable, shower was dangerous with slippery bottom. Whomever owns the place never went to Hotel Management Class 10 1!"

"I had a wonderful stay at The Pfister Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, the accommodations were comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. I also had the opportunity to dine at the steakhouse, which was a great experience — the food and atmosphere were both outstanding. One of the highlights of the stay was the pool, which really stood out as a very nice amenity and added to the overall enjoyment of the weekend. I appreciated the hospitality and would gladly return for another stay."
