โHave stayed here many times.They also have a very nice suite with private jacuzzi for about $100 which my son enjoyed๐ .And its very nearby jusco tebrau.Alot of food n shops n pubs walking distance๐โ
โGreat place for the kids to keep occupied with the slides, projector tv, arcade game and lego bricks. Rooms are spacious and acceptable.
2 of the toilet heaters are not working. Not sure if it's me who does not know how to operate the heater or that the heater is spoilt? However, the heater in the master bedroom works just fine.โ
โThe stay ruined my holiday. Staff is impatient and rude, didnt even introduce us the place and we have to figure out how to navigate, lock and unlock the capsule by ourselves. There are no welcome drink and breakfast as mentioned. They didnt even provide us towel. Paid for premium price to enjoy low quality service!โ
โThe floor feels clean and the bed was quite comfy. But the whole condo development looks run-down and some parts of the unit was very dusty and there was cockroach poop in one of the kitchen drawers. Facilities within the unit was basic.โ
โStaff texted me the morning of check in. They were friendly and when we couldnโt figure out how to use the shower they came immediately. Good value, room was big and even provided water and toiletries. Only thing is they charged me tourist tax separately even though on Expedia it says we donโt need to pay it as it is includedโ
