โCheck in was fast. It is small hotel but clean and quiet and nearby a shopping mall. The staff was efficient in doing their task but Needs a bit of warm hospitality like a greeting and the like. We will still come back due to proximity to the mall.โ
โPleasant stay just for one night. Hotel is clean and staffs are polite and friendly. Never expect so much from a 3-Star rated hotel. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.โ
โHave stayed here many times.They also have a very nice suite with private jacuzzi for about $100 which my son enjoyed๐ .And its very nearby jusco tebrau.Alot of food n shops n pubs walking distance๐โ
โThe stay ruined my holiday. Staff is impatient and rude, didnt even introduce us the place and we have to figure out how to navigate, lock and unlock the capsule by ourselves. There are no welcome drink and breakfast as mentioned. They didnt even provide us towel. Paid for premium price to enjoy low quality service!โ
โThe floor feels clean and the bed was quite comfy. But the whole condo development looks run-down and some parts of the unit was very dusty and there was cockroach poop in one of the kitchen drawers. Facilities within the unit was basic.โ
