La chambre ... tres tres décevante

Restaurant tres joli et bons plats .Personnel tres serviable . En revanche , la chambre bleue familiale est catastrophique . Peintures tres mal finies ,lino non collé ( seuil de porte des toilettes manquant )trous dans les murs , fixations sans tableaux , serviettes en vrac sur le radiateur , robinet du bain inutilisable.aucune table ,bureau ni meme meuble !!! Pour 92€ la nuit labellisé logis de france !!!! C est du foutage de gueule Les autres chambres apparaissant sur le site semblaient un peu plus correctes Pire qu une chambre d etudiant pour 92

Hotel très bien placé dans le centre ville d'Auxerre, à 5 mn à pied de tout. Personnel compétent, disponible et aimable. Chambre quadruple petite mais suffisante pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Le WE s'est déroulé dans les meilleurs conditions.

impossibilité d'ouvrir les volets (+ de 40°) car donnant sur couloir passant, pas de ventilateurs, obligés de dormir avec une serviette mouillée sur le corps. Sanibroyeur horribles et douche qui s'écoulait par terre. Du vol!!!!

Warm hospitality, cold shower

Overall, our stay was good. We do not speak French, it will be easier if you do. The woman at the desk on arrival was kind and consistently helpful. She especially liked our dog, Scout. Parking is a few blocks away, in a secured garage. We were charged extra for parking and the dog, which we did not expect. The room was basic, with good light and a comfortable bed. Sadly, there was no hot water, which we didn't discover until stepping into the shower. I couldn't understand why or if it is temporary, but it was not a surprise to staff when I asked about it. Restaurant was a good choice for tired travelers. Auxerres looks to be an interesting little city, with a beautiful cathedral. We regret not having more time to explore.

Hübsches Hotel in Mitten der Altstadt. Schöner Innenhof. Gute Küche. Nicht zu empfehlen ein Zimmer zur Strassenseite. War sehr lärmig.

We were sold the meal deal to include breakfast and evening meal but the hotel kitchen was not open on a Monday when we arrived, most of the Auxerre restaurants were also closed on Mondays, which left us with a problem. We were charged for this meal because no one spoke any English to adjust the price on check out. Also the included parking was non existent which caused us great difficulty parking on the street.

nous recommandons cette etablissement.

Nous avons passé un séjour fort agréable pendant 8 jours. Dès notre arrivée, le patron nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Nous avons obtenu plein de conseils sur les sites à visiter. La patronne attentive et le personnel d'une grande gentillesse. L'établissement est très accueillant et très bien situé en plein centre ville.

Hôtel trop vieux avec aucun confort. La salle de bain était rafistolee quand j'ai pris ma douche. Tout était inondé. Pire au restaurant. Le saumon décongelé n'était pas cuit et baigné dans énormément de sauce. Le gratin décongelé était rempli d'eau. Le petit déjeuner c'est le minimum avec du pain frais mais pas les petits pains au chocolat qui étaient racis. Bref c'est la première et dernière fois qu'il me voit

Hôtel situé au coeur de la vieille ville, calme, restaurant de qualité, le seul bémol, le petit déjeuner un peu cher 9 € pour ce qu'il y a. Sinon nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
