“It's spacious and clean.”

“During my two-night stay at Crowne, the hotel was clean when I arrive and the food was satisfactory. However, when I requested water and a room cleaning on the next day , I was charged for the water and the room was not cleaned.”

“The staff and service was worth 5-star but no soap in the restroom so I’ve deduct 1. ”

“This is beautiful accommodation overlooking a magnificent and well maintained golf course. The restaurant meals were fabulous & the reception staff went the extra mile to provide excellent service. We stayed in an accessible room which was the best equipped I have ever seen - with shower chair, commode, folding shower seat, hand- held shower & roomy bathroom! However, it was assumed that all people with a disability used a wheelchair or had no carer as there were no chairs to sit in when in the...

“It was great for our short stay.”

“For a cheap over night stay it was average. The showers were terrible, a few more blankets would have been nice.”

“Found this place looking for a pet friendly stay as had to travel to Geelong for a pets surgery. Arrived to a wonderful looking stay with a pub immediately next door which was fantastic. The room I booked was not the room provided. It appeared online as an upgrade - possibly due to bed size. However there was no kitchenette. This was an issue for me as I had to prepare some food to help with the pet taking his meds. The communal area had a oven and cooktop and dishwasher. To cookware and no...

“Nice and quiet with garden view and close to The Sphinx hotel for meals. Older style rooms but comfortable.”
