Love it! A wonderful stay!

Very convenient to Nijigen no Mori, the staffs made us felt so welcomed, and the property is very well maintained. We only stayed one night but I have already decided to book again in my next Awajishima visit, hopefully more people can support them and Nijigen no Mori.

The staff are so helpful and considerate and the food for break and dinner was made beautiful and delicious! My partner and I will definitely be coming back! Our stay was fantastic! The staff were so helpful, pleasant and accommodating. It was perfect for a Naruto fan. The included dinner and breakfast were a dining experience that was beautiful and elegant. They went out of their way to make Soba for my son who doesn’t eat seafood. Perfect trip.

The environment is in nature and the experience there is fantastic. The Hokage Villa (Naruto room) is spacious and clean. The staff and service is excellent. We went to Nijigen no Mori which is nearby and the whole trip is amazing.

The service is outstanding! We stayed at the Naruto villa. The park is great,the rooms are comfy and nicely decorated. The parks and attractions are the cherry on top. Oh and I almost forgot the view! Great place to stay. Godzilla zip ride and Naruto are fun. Highly recommend.

I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! The checked in process was incredibly quick and efficient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely dinner they hosted for guests. It was a delightful experience, showcasing not only great food but also a warm atmosphere that made it feel special. Overall, the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff stood out to us, making our stay even more enjoyable. I believe this hotel truly deserves a high rating for its excellent service and hospitality. I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

This is definitely one of our most favorite places to stay at in Japan. The staff was attentive, facilities were in great shape, the room was spacious and clean, the scenery was gorgeous (pity it rained so we couldn't see the stars), and the food was excellently prepared. If i could give more than 5*, I definitely would! It's a few minutes away from Niji gen mori, but you can call for a ride from their reception station at the park (next to Parking Lot F, which you can reach by taking a shuttle bus from the Iwaya Port). Keep up the great job, everyone! It was our pleasure staying at Grand Chariot. :)

We arrived early on a wet day and the staff were great! It was to early to check in but they dropped us at a dry café, gave us umbrellas and a phone for later. Once we could check in we got welcomed at reception with a drink and snack then shown to our room. We had the Naruto room which was absolutely amazing! Decoration, amenities and comfort of it were perfect, plus the exclusive merch and tickets included to the Naruto village and light shows. We also had traditional meals as part of the bundle which were a piece of artwork in themselves. brilliant stay and will be back!

We wish we could rate this a 7 star! The staff becomes your family, service and food is superb. The chef modified our meals as they learned our eating styles and even down to place settings that connected with my daughter. What a special place on earth. The hello kitty cottage was a surprise for our 11 year old daughter. Who knew hello kitty would allow us to discover the beauty of Awaji! All of the resorts are amazing well done. Once in a lifetime.
