I would like to thank all of you for your efforts in my last visit with my mother and family. I really enjoyed the whole facility and activities. I would really like to thank Vipin, Waqas (for a nice tour), and Mudhun (Room Service), you guys do an amazing job and we really appreciated.
However, I would like to comment here on the 3 main things hopping to improve it in the next visit!
· Lightning not covered well in the upstairs rooms.

“The room is clean and comfortable but not calm , the noise from the night club is so loud that i couldnt get the sound sleep untill 2 am .hopefully please ask the guest whether enjoy night time or not before fixing the room. The other is excelent. Thank you.”

Special thanks to Menaka the receptionist who was very supportive and helpful throughout our stay and also kudos to Abu Thomas from the Breakfast supervisor in the morning restaurant. “My colleague and I came over for the weekend from Saudi, and it was lovely. Would definitely recommend the apartments, as they're often cheaper than the rooms. The lady serving drinks by the pool last weekend was absolutely lovely and a great chat!
Only disadvantage is that parents tend to let their kids run riot around the pool, screaming and splashing everyone, but that's a reflection on them, not the hotel. 10/10 will stay again next time.”
