“The Hotel is located in a remote area. Above all, Check in and pool security staffs are extremely friendly. Unfortunately, The bar & restaurant TAPAS is under renovation which means closed for the time being, so Hotel arranges one big tent as an alternative. We booked a room with half-board, but food items are limited and not an international meal menu. If a family wants to stay with a good view with silent, maybe this hotel is good for it because there is limited activity at night.”

“The resort is beautiful, the room is comfortable and clean. However, service is very slow, room service took forever and in room dining spilled the juice twice. We had to call several times for someone to bring us amenities and 3 times to request a buggy for checkout.”

The AC of the kitchenette area and the downstairs bwdroom was not working. The toilets smell like swege. The furniture and beds have clear signs of wear and...

“Perfect for family quality time! Plenty of things to do for children and for adults too! The only thing I didn’t like: animals in cages.. I think it’s absolutely unnecessary and inhumane.”

“Amazing hotel, apartments are spacious and clean. Location is excellent, with restaurants and cafes all around the property.”

“I don’t advise choosing the hotel ..old fashion they ask to keep your hotel or a CASH deposit not credit card….clubs music like a new year eve at Times Square.”
