“The Hotel is located in a remote area. Above all, Check in and pool security staffs are extremely friendly. Unfortunately, The bar & restaurant TAPAS is under renovation which means closed for the time being, so Hotel arranges one big tent as an alternative. We booked a room with half-board, but food items are limited and not an international meal menu. If a family wants to stay with a good view with silent, maybe this hotel is good for it because there is limited activity at night.”

“오래되었지만 호텔은 좋았어요 직원들도 친절하고. 수영장도 좋았어요. 하지만...한 방은 스위트로 업그레드 되었는데... 너무 오래된 레노베이션 안된 방을 주신건지 방이 너무 낡아보였어요. 뷰도 아예없고, 정말 실망스러웠어요. 클럽룸은 좋았는데, 라운지음식 특히 아침은 정말 별로였어요 지금까지 먹어본 조식중에 제일 별로였어요. 그래서 호텔 레스토랑을 이용하고 싶지 않았어요 종류도 너무 없고, 몇개있는 음식 맛도 별루였어요. 저흰 아이들이 있었는데.. 아무래도 아이들과 함께라 음식먹을때 시간도 걸리고 이것저것 주문도 많이했더니 서빙하는 여자직원들 표정이 안좋았어요. 기분나빴어요. 하지만 드링스 포함은 너무 좋았어요. ”

“Easy to locate and well situated. Wish the other 2 staff at the check in would have helped the only staff checking in guests. ”

“The property theme was perfect for relaxing but the issue is some cabinets were broken and lose 3 lights were burnet , the electricity went off 2 times which is really not pretty for what i paid. Told the receptionist and didn’t feel that they were willing to offer something back. ”

“Great stay at a great property. Friendly folks, comfortable stay, great rooftop, excellent dining options, relaxing pool/sauna/spa. Overall, have no complaints and had a very good stay. ”

“4ladies that I have met at the front desk and the lounge they were very kind. Thank you for your hospitality. The odd thing was that even though we had no-disturb sign on the door there was someone that rang our door bell in early morning. And we booked for 3person there should be more towels, amenities and duvets. Other than that room was spacious and clean.”

“The hotel was clean and facilities new and well maintained. The dining options were limited, and the mall next door didn’t have many restaurant options either, so I’d plan for this if booking. Wait staff bounced us around a lot and it took a long time to meet requests, though eventually they were met. Overall would recommend. ”

“깨끗하고 청결하고, 조용하며, 주변 경관이 탁 튀어서 좋았으며, 체크인 시 매우 친절하였음 욕실에 치약, 치솔이 없어 비지니스맨으로서 매우 당황스러웠었으며, 아침 식사를 외부 주변 경치를 함께 할 수 없어서 아쉬웠었고, 뷔페식사는 다소 비싼 편임”

“호텔 주변에 바레인에서 유명한 쇼핑몰들이 몰려있는데 고속도로를 사이에 두고 있는거라 걸어서 갈 수 없습니다. 호텔에서 제공되는 셔틀버스는 없으며 카운터의 직원에게 호텔 근처의 버스 정류장을 물어보아도 정보가 없어 대답 해 주지 못했습니다. 현제 바레인엔 버스시스템이 잘 되어있어 저렴한 가격에 이동을 할 수 있었음에도 호텔에서 제공 하는 정보가 없어 비싼 택시를 이용할 수 밖에 없었네요. 호텔 주변은 공사중이여서 아무것도 없고, 다행히 바로 앞에 다나몰이 있어 슈퍼마켓을 이용 할 수 있지만 쇼핑을 할 정도의 쇼핑몰은 아닙니다. 직원들은 친절하기는 하나 숙박객에게 줄 주변정보가 하나도 없었고 리셉션의 직원외에 다른분에게 물어보니 영어로 의사소통이 어려웠습니다. 방은 작지만 아담하고 깨끗해서 지내는데 불편함은 없었습니다.”

“An amazing hotel. Staff are super friendly, pool staff, house keeping and reception. Room was perfect, spacious clean and super comfy bed. View was totally amazing from all windows and pool. Pool was lovely, perfect temperature. We could only eat in the room during the day because of Ramadan, the buffalo wings were amazing. It's connected to the shopping centre that has a lovely walk way. Has a little shop for snacks. This was our favourite hotel out of four we stayed in. ”

“The staff are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are nice but noisy (I can hear the room next to me and the loud cars in the road even though I was on the 14th floor).”

“I reserved non smoking room and completed the payment before travelling. However, I got a room in smoking floor and suffered from smells coming from other rooms.”
