"Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. Right on a beautiful beach with more than enough beach chairs and umbrellas (belong to the hotel and you can even make a reservation of your favorite place if you wish for the whole length of your stay). Staff is above any expectations. The place is quiet, decent and welcoming as I only saw at other 5 star resorts. "
