"No water or tea making facilities in the room, you have to go all the way downstairs for a glass of water. Brekkie was basic. Room was clean but bare of standard facilities. Was given a couple of vouchers for something at the rec"

"Our room had a water leak outside it on arrival, but this luckily did not impact the room itself so we just had to step over the heap of towels to get into our room. The room had the feeling of last being renovated 20 years ago and no repairs being carried out since. What I mean by that is the main window had large cracks in it, panels were missing to kitchen cupboards and the fridge, and drill holes in tiles in the bathroom were visible (perhaps these holes are the reason why there appeared to be damp in the wall?). We could hear any talking going on in the corridor outside as if the people were in our room, and a group of men were talking until about 1am. Our room was also close to the security gate that locked at night and closed with a loud bang, meaning that we were frequently disturbed throughout the night. We had a terrible night's sleep as a result of the corridor discussions and the security gate."
