“Beautiful house and surroundings. Nice pool. Rooms were spacious, clean and well decorated but we missed curtains as we had windows on the street side. Insulation was a bigger problem, you could litterally hear everything (even the toilet) from the room next door. Breakfast was okay but it was very limited and they didn't come to refill it. Orange juice was made from powder :/”

“We did not stay and cancellation was not accepted.”

“Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat a Quinta do Icaróban. Csendes, nyugodt hely, tökéletes a pihenéshez, Praia da Vitóriától kb. 10 perc autóútra.

“I was charged to my credit card $289.65 with no receipt to show what I was paying for. I emailed them and they told me it was for consumption. I didn't order any food because they had free breakfast. These people are cheating the clients. Expedia should take them off their website as one of the properties to stay at. If i was cheated how many mote people have they cheated.”

“Place is wonderful and absolutely will be coming back”

“Extraordinary place, extremely peaceful and calm, wonderful breakfasts and charming guard sharpei named Boris Johnson.”

“I had a great (short) stay at Carmo Country (in Villa Mirante). Mónica and Diogo are wonderful hosts. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The space was clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast experience. If I return to the island I would stay there again.”

“Monique was a wonderful host, who was extremely welcoming and pleasant. We really appreciated her tips and advice. The property is wonderful. It was an honour to stay in such a lovely historic house. Everything was perfect down to the last detail. ”
