Enjoyed our stay! The staff were very accommodating and the thermal pool has the best view in Gastein. Our room was in the historic portion of the hotel. When we opened the windows for cool mountain air, we could also hear the waterfall. Very relaxing!

All the staff were great. The spa facility is very impressive with great views from roof top pool and the Finnish sauna room. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room on arrival which was a lovely touch. We were skiing and the hotel is a long way up a steep hill to the gondola. There is a public bus or you can pay for ski lockers at the bottom of the gondola. My only criticism of the hotel is the evening food options were disappointing and means that you really need to go out to find interesting food. However, the buffet breakfast was good with excellent fresh bread.

Lovely place and excellent facilities. Loved the pool and would come back even just for that it was also surprisingly quiet. All the staff especially the reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent english much better than my poor german. The room was large, comfy and had everything we needed

Great place in Bad Gastein! Really cool interior design concept, unbelievable nice and helpful staff. Food was awesome, wine pairings really a match. The Spa is lovely, the infinity pool on the top breathtaking!

Excellent spa hotel with modern well appointed rooms. Staff were helpful especially Sandros who answered my many questions. The pool was breathtaking and spa treatments were good. There are also two large saunas with good views and a steam room. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic spa getaway. We had the panoramic room and the view was wonderful. if you open the window you can hear the waterfall. [Fwiw, sleeping alcove means couch :) — panoramic rooms have two chairs instead] Spa and sauna amenities were impeccable. The rooftop pool is as breathtaking as it looks in photos and videos. We didn’t eat dinner at the restaurant bc there was also such good food in the area! But we did have breakfast at the hotel every morning which was a delightful spread !

This hotel is brand new and has a lovely design in chique swimming pool style. The design looks very durable. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the bed one of the best we’ve had in a hotel! The spa is wonderful with a heated rooftop pool and different saunas. Very neat. Breakfast was super fresh with lots of choice. Located in the middle of Bad Gastein, so within 5 minutes of walking you have numerous dining options. 5 min drive from the ski slopes as well. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Comfort in Badgastein

We had warm welcome on arrival, and all staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. I would rate the clensiness in our room and everywhere in the hotel 10/10 (10 being super clean). Having a high quality of mattress, a coffee machine, and fresh water in a fridge in our room made us feel extra comfortable. However, relaxing saunas, amazing room view, and delicious breakfast with variety of food options were highlights of our stay. We'll be coming back!

Had a great stay at Badeschools Hotel! The place has a cool mix of historic charm and modern comfort. Loved the pool with amazing mountain views and the sauna zone—perfect for relaxing. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was great. The staff were super friendly. Unfortunately, I left my earrings on the nightstand, and when I called after checking out, they said they hadn’t found them. I know it’s my mistake, but it’s still a bit sad. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend the hotel!
