Fantastic stay. Great restaurant. I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options. Very popular place to have a drink. The owner is hands on and sponsors a variety of public events like blass band and other performers outside the hotel square. 2nd floor has a massive balcony patio, library, reading room, etc. There’s also the ability to rent an ev car or bike right from hotel. All guests I talked to enjoyed their stay and other locals in town have called it a hot spot for hanging out. One thing that is NOT unique to Austria at all is lack of AC. That is just how just about every hotel is going to be so it requires some planning on opening windows and such. I had a single room and it was great for a solo traveler including a comfortable chair and desk to work at. Plenty of room. Great bed.

Absolut, här är den uppdaterade versionen med de tillägg du nämnde: Under fem dagar över nyår valde vi att bo på Hotel Blü och sammanfattningsvis var vi mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Sängen var bekväm, även om huvudkuddarna inte riktigt levde upp till förväntningarna. Rummet var rymligt och elegant, perfekt anpassat för skidåkare, och personalen var mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående. Frukosten överträffade våra förväntningar med generösa portioner och noggrant utvalda råvaror. Trots att frukostpersonalen verkade ha mycket att göra, med ett antal bord som inte var avplockade och svårt att finna ett ledigt bord, hanterade de situationen professionellt och med ett leende. När det kom till A la Carte-menyn upplevde vi den som något osammanhängande och maten var tyvärr inte lika vällagad som förväntat. Möjligen kan det anses att priset för hotellet är något högt, men trots detta lämnade vår vistelse oss överlag mycket nöjda. Spa-avdelningen var en extra bonus, väldigt fräsch och fin med två bastuaurar och en magnifik utsikt. Det bidrog definitivt till att förhöja vår upplevelse på Hotel Blü.

Die Zimmer im Haupthaus sind eine absolute Katastrophe. Frühstück ok, aber man muss 15-20 min. auf einen Kaffee aus dem Automat warten (Warteschlange). Informationen von der Rezeption (3 x nachgefragt) immer falsch. Anschließend gesagt, hier checken wir NIE WIEDER ein.

Super war die Lage...: sehr ruhig in einer Fußgängerzone gelegen. Personal freundlich, Ausstattung Standard. Frühstücksangebot war zu wenig. Ein vergleichbares Hotel um die Ecke bot deutlich mehr Frühstück an, hatte dazu beheizbaren Außenpool und SPAbereich. Wenn dieses Hotel günstiger gewesen wäre, gäbe es ein sehr gut. Standard traf leider auf zu teuer....

Trevligt hotell i centrum

Ett stort hotell i centrum av Bad Hofgastein. Nära till affärer och skidbussen stannar precis utanför hotellet. God mat i restaurangen och bra service av personalen. Receptionen var också behjälplig med våra frågor, även om de inte pratade speciellt bra engelska. Även om det finns hiss stannar den alltid en halvtrappa ifrån varje våningsplan, så du måste alltid utnyttja trappen. Skid-/pjäxrum på våning ett. Frukosten var bra. Rummen är mer moderna än klassisk alpstuga. Mycket bra daglig städning av rummet. Det sämsta med hotellet var att internet var dåligt. Vid tidpunkter då många surfade samtidigt var det väldigt, väldigt segt. Vill man gå på spa eller simma i bassäng har hotellet inget att erbjuda, men det finns andra alternativ i närheten. Vi skulle gärna komma tillbaka till hotellet. Prisvärt och trevligt.

Hotell med mycket bra restaurang

Bodde här under en skidsemester. Lugnt centralt område och nära till allt. Skidbussen gick precis utanför. Vi förvarade våra skidor och pjäxor i skåp vid liften så vi gick dit. Tog ca 10 minuter. Rummen var trevliga och rymliga. Inget att klaga på för vårt ändamål. restaurangen är en höjdare med vällagad europeisk mat. Lokala delikatesser fanns även på menyn. Servicen var alltid bra oavsett tid. Hotellet hade inga speciella bekvämligheter men det var inget vi saknade.

Right in the centre of Bad Hofgastein, in the pedestrianised area, close to everything. Free parking was couple of hundred meters away rom the hotel. Staff at the hotel were friendly from check-in to check out. We needed to leave early on the day of departure, before the start of breakfast but it wasn't a problem to go for breakfast earlier. Breakfast traditional continental buffet with variety of meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, etc. Room was nice with everything we needed for our short break. I believe the hotel has a storage room for skis and other winter sports equipment but this wasn't required at this time. Will definitely return

Zwei Tage Skiurlaub waren sehr schön. Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum mit nahgelegenen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Shuttlebus fährt direkt vom Hotel zur Schlossalmbahn, perfekte Anbindung für Skifahrer oder Snowboarder.
