Some rooms only accessable by stairs

Apparently, standard rooms are on an intermediate floor only accessable by stairs. Not horrible but inconvenient. Staff was very helpful in porting our luggage to our rooms. So it all worked out.

A fairly well experience

Very good accommodation in a reasonable price. It took me a little by surprise that the parking lot was an extra service and was not included in the price (for me it was not clear when I made the reservation). The wellness services were excellent. All in all, a very good experience.

There was no air conditioner or even opportunity to just have fan going for air circulation in the room. We did prop open the terrace door but that reduced our security since we were on the ground floor

Sehr sauberes Hotel und freundliches Personal. Vernünftigerweise nur jeden 2. Tag Zimmerreinigung, reicht völlig aus. Für ein Hotel großer, ansprechender Wellnessbereich, zusätzliches Sportschwimmbecken und Fitnessnereich. Morgens leckeres Frühstück, abends leckere Cocktails. Wir kommen wieder.

Mein Economy-Zimmer war zwar nicht mehr zeitgemäß, dafür zweckmäßig - aber das war mir bewusst und ist beim Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis OK. Hauptgrund für meine Hotelwahl war, wie immer, der schöne Saunabereich. Leider wurden im Vorfeld kommunizierte Wünsche (nicht EG + Zimmer Richtung Fitnessraum) erneut nicht beachtet. Da fühlt man sich als Stammgast nicht ernst genommen... Allerdings schien es Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck zu geben. Duschen im Zimmer war so gut wie unmöglich, aber auch im Saunabereich kam kaum noch Wasser aus den Duschen. Zudem scheint es seit längerem Probleme mit der Wasserqualität zu geben, da immer noch überall Hinweise zu finden sind, dass das Wasser sehr heiß sein kann. Auch im Zimmer ist weiterhin ein Wasserfilter am Wasserhahn zu finden. Ebenfalls sind seit längerer Zeit die Erlebnisduschen im Saunabereich defekt. Das Abendessen hat sich zum Glück wieder verbessert, auch wenn das Schnitzel "Wiener Art" einen untypischen Beigeschmack hatte - schwer zu sagen, woher dieser kommt... Das Frühstück war, wie immer gut und vielfältig.

Die Sauna und das Schwimmbad waren sehr schön. Das Wasser der Dusche im Zimmer hat nur getröpfelt, mit duschen hatte das nichts zutun. Frühstück Ansicht ganz gut bis auf den Kaffee dieser ist extrem schlecht, so ein Jacobs Automat aus dem nur Instant Kaffee kommt.
