That was the time the receptionist needed to print the bill correctly. - Although there is a 24 h service, when leaving early morning, I had to run and search the receptionist to unlock the main entrance. "The reception area was closed on a sunday 5pm? The hotel is undergoing renovation with fences all around and a portable toilet outside. Was not even able to get into my room. The phone number on the site did not get any response after dozen of tries. This is probably a good hotel during the school year since its close to the uinversity but for the summer it looks like I was going to be the only guest and was not even able to get in!"

"The receptionist was not at all welcoming and simply asked for our names, handed us a key, and told us how to get to the room. The receptionist who handled check out was not very friendly either. The room was large, had a nice view from the window and generally the facilities were OK. The chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable, unstable, and need replaced. The noise insulation between rooms is non-existent. We could hear music being played next door and even the conversation of the other guests. I would not stay here again"

"Great hotel for a great price. Clean, modern, well equipped. Quadruple room was great for us and our two kids. Would love to have parking better marked as well as signs at the back entrance. We arrived after dark and it was a bit uncomfortable driving around back of the building, but once we found our way it was just fine. Would certainly stay here again!"

"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"
