We planned a trip to BollAnts to relax and get away from the busy life. The food was delicious, but 2 of the 3 days we stayed to eat we had to wait extremely long for our food. So long that we skipped desert the last day because we still wanted to enjoy our last sauna evening. The fascilities were plenty, although some things like the outside pool could use more maintenance. The room was big and nice, but we woke up two nights because of dumpster trucks that came right underneath the window, and one time of staff talking loud after their shift late into the night. So...the experience was mixed. Oh, and the first two days were nice and relaxing, but the last day was plagued with screaming children at the outdoor pool and at breakfast. Parents said nothing. Our next hotel for relaxation will be an Adult Only hotel.

Ich würde ein Smartphone Verbot im Saunabereich sehr begrüßen da mehrfach laut telefoniert wurde, es wurden Fotos gemacht oder es klingelten Handys. Das Angebot an Aufgüssen war leider sehe sehr dürftig. Trotz allem kommen wir garantiert wieder da der Gesamteindruck sehr positiv war

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Nahe. Toller Park, fantastisches Spa, sehr gutes Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen), schöne Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zimmer im Haus Hallenberg). An einem Abend hätte es beim Service im Villa Restaurant Luft nach oben gegeben. Die anderen beiden Abende beides im Hermannshof und auch der Villa waren dann aber sehr gut vom Service.

Für ein paat Tage ok. Insgesamt bei den Übernachtungspteisen keine adäquste Gegenleistung. Schwimmbad aussen ist sehr schön, die Liegemöglichkeiten im Park ebenfalls. Das Gastronomieangebot ist einfach grundsätzlich zu teuer. Wer Wellness total möchte, hat hier vielleicht sein Vergnügen. FG ACE aus DN im Mai 4 Tage

Wie immer hervorragend, nur das Frühstücksbuffet hat etwas nachgelassen. Allerdings von überragend zu sehr gut. Man kann den Osaft nicht mehr an der Maschine selbst pressen und es gibt kein Kräuterpesto mehr zum Frühstück, das war immer herausragend lecker.

Das Bollants ist nachwievor immer noch einen Besuch wert. Der Spa-Bereich ist super. Aber an der ein oder anderen Stelle lässt der Zustand deutlich nach. Man hat den Eindruck es wird nicht mehr so genau hingeschaut. Überall sind kleinere Defekte, und das schmälert das Gesamterlebnis. Hinzu kommt, dass zunehmend schlecht ausgebildetes Personal eingesetzt wird.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und äußerst ruhig, die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und gepflegt, jedoch könnte man einige Details verbessern…bzw. beheben, lockere Griffe befestigen, Glühbirnen austauschen/ erneuern, die Stühle im Restaurant wackeln. Das Angebot beim Frühstück sucht seines Gleichen…👌, das Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich und befriedigt alle Geschmäcker.
