Wir waren für eine Nacht da, Personal waren sehr nett, Spa war befriedigend , Wasser von Pool war ein bisschen frisch. Das Restaurant vom Hotel haben wir nicht benutzt und sind in die Altstadt gegangen weil es mehr Möglichkeiten gibt. Insgesamt war unsere Unterkunft und Erfahrung gut.

Hotel was central and lovely and warm. The beds were not a double bed but two single beds together which made it uncomfortable. The breakfast was amazing.

Grundsätzlich sehr schönes Haus. Möbel in Teilen leider sehr abgewohnt. Beim Check-in hätte ich mir mehr Infos gewünscht (bspw. woher bekommt man Bademäntel). Darüber hinaus wünsche ich mir in einem 5-Sterne Haus mehr Perfektion; fehlendes Toilettenpapier im Spa, kein Kugelschreiber auf dem Zimmer und kein Nachschub bei den Teebeuteln sind Details die einfach umzusetzen sind.

Mehr Schein als Sein! Von einem 5*Hotel haben wir Besseres erwartet. In unserem Standardzimmer waren die Armaturen teilweise mit einer dicken Kalkschicht überzogen und die Griffe derart locker, dass man Angst haben musste, sie würden gleich abfallen. Der Waschbeckenüberlauf war schwarz und der Übergang vom Waschbecken zum Waschtisch dreckig. Sicherlich alles nicht so leicht zu reinigen aber in einem Hotel mit diesem Anspruch und Preisen kann man schon optimale Sauberkeit erwarten. Nach unserer Reklamation fanden wir eine Flasche Champagner im Zimmer vor aber die Verschmutzungen waren nicht beseitigt worden. Die Steckdosenleiste hinter dem Kühlschrank war auch stark verstaubt. Ich musste den Stecker ziehen, da die Lautstärke des Kühlschranks in der Nacht unerträglich war. Mein Bettbezug hatte Flecken. Das Zimmer an sich war ausreichend groß und ansprechend eingerichtet. Leider ließen sich meine Fotos nicht einfügen.

This is a lovely hotel by the famous casino. The quality and variety of dinner options was most excellent. The hotel staff accommodated our request for spa services. We enjoyed a walk around town and the Christmas market was delightful. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig. Das Bad könnte einen Relaunch gebrauchen. Was etwas störend war: das Nebengeräuch einer Pumpe.. diese sprang die ganze Nacht ca. Alle 20 Minuten an und raubte uns etwas den Schlaf.

A three-star hotel charging five-star prices. Even a request for a bottle of still water to be sent to the room was greeted with resistance. The front desk staff were consistently rude and did not follow through on promises.

Wie immer hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt im Maison Messmer und im schönen Städtchen Baden-Baden. Essen im Restaurant Rizzi, Pferderennen, Casino etc. Alles wunderbar. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Ist empfehlenswert. Das Team sehr freundlich. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel wäre es schön, wenn die Wasserflaschen im Zimmer täglich und kostenlos aufgefüllt würden.

Very arrogant person at check in, I was expecting an upgrade, (Gold Status), they had 2 rooms available in the next category but the man in the reception said "maybe if I had 10 rooms available), seriously? It was for ONE night, on a Tuesday, low season. I used to like this hotel, not anymore.

The hotel was fantastic and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The location is better than expected as Google Maps shows longer walking distances than the actual walking options. The hotel is steps form many great restaurants, walking routes and facilities were great. The staff is very nice and helpful. The onsite restaurant I would recommend for a meal. I would stay at the hotel again.
