“They had no record of our reaction (that we had paid confirmation through hotels.com. They charged us cash to get a room. (Options in the area and time we arrived extremely limited). Had to try and negotiate an 11 check out at 9 suggested he wanted us out by 10 (place had no other guests). Very noisey all night”

“The room was excellent. Had everything I needed. Only thing I would add is an additional plug socket to the room. Melani was phenomenal from the start and throughout, she went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and Melani checked what I wanted and even accommodated things like getting low fat options, which she didn’t need to do. “This was a very pleasant basic hotel with an extraordinary view of the valley. The staff were super helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. The AC worked well. The only catch was when the generator didn’t work during a brief brownout.”

“This is the place to stay if you come to Ella. It could not have been more perfect. You wake up to stunning views of the mountains and the most delicious homemade traditional breakfast. You can walk straight from the home to town or to hikes and popular sights.
It keeps you out of the hustle and bustle of the street so you can really enjoy your stay.
11/10, loved my stay here. If I come back to Ella, I would love to stay again!”
