This place is a rare find. It is a jewel property. The hotel is spotless and new. We had a magnificent view from the seaview rooms. They went above and beyond to try to accommodate us. The staff was extremely attentive. The breakfast was fabulous The most tranquil spot. This place is a class act.

Location is great and a beautiful view out over the ocean but the property is open far too early. A lot of the amenities listed were not available such as the hot tubs for example. It felt like it was just guests on site except for breakfast in the mornings which was basic.

This was a lovely place to stay if you like being in the water. There are no buses or trains to this property so you have to rent a car. It is not convenient to walk to town to eat or shop. The views are spectacular. The staff is very on hands and helpful. The breakfast was very good. It’s a nice place to stay if you just want to relax.

Beautiful sourroundings, but the condition of the property, maintenance level, service and facilities did not match either the advertised standard or the price charged. This is not luxury, nor especially comfortable, but you will be able to swim in the ocean.

La "struttura" è un b&b senza personale, senza reception, senza piscina ( una vasca in muratura che si riempie con l'alta marea), Colazione a buffet con i cornetti industriali e il forno a microonde self service. Siamo scappate via, luogo pericoloso ed isolato.
