Chambres rénovées et agréables.

Chambres agréables, totalement rénovées. Calme. Personnel agréable. Les seules critiques concernent les environs (petite ville, tous les restaurants fermés à l'exception de la brasserie attenante à l'hôtel, agréable également).

All good at BHB!

The staff and service were fantastic, bed comfortable. Only downside was music at bar below went on until midnight, but after that quiet until morning. Ate at the restaurant below, great food and service and reasonably priced. We would stay there again.

Nettes Boutiquehotel mitten im Städtchen Bagnols. Zimmer sind klein, aber ruhig. Leider kein Hotelparkplatz. Personal sehr freundlich. Zugehöriges Restaurant hat sehr viel Cache. Jederzeit zu enpfehlen.

Un sans faute !

Un accueil simple, cordial et chaleureux. Une bonne ambiance côté resto, et des plats de qualité. Une chambre très bien équipée, propre et moderne. Avec un lit confortable, un beau bureau, 2 bouteilles d'eau d'accueil, etc. Bref, un séjour au top et un établissement qui mérite qu'on s'y arrête et qu'on y revienne. A bientôt.

Can't be beaten a blissful experience

My cousin and I stayed here for 7 nights our original booking was for two separate days - but after camping at the Garance Festival we were so glad when the hotel had a cancellation and we returned to simple bliss. The facilities and aesthetics of the hotel were just brilliant but it was the staff team which made the hotel fabulous. The patrons Sylvyana (sp?), Balou and Terry led a friendly team with a natural professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble. For example when the hotel was full and we desperately needed a shower we were shown to a private flat and sylvyana gave us the keys and left us there. Now how many hotels in England would do this? The meals were great and I never ate from the menu as I have a very restricted diet due to recent surgery. Jeremy, Emillion, Alicia and her friend/colleague in the kitchen, were so so welcoming - love you all. The "bienvenue" and ambience were unsurpassed and I travel a lot. I cannot wait to return which we are hoping to do Sept or Oct. The whole team were superb, Richard, Maxine et al. If I have have forgotten the names of any of this terrific team I apologise. I am not given to hyperbole or exaggeration the hotel BHB is a delight. I don't know what else to say but a heartfelt thank you to all for making our trip to the reggae festival one to remember. The team touched our hearts. It was fun, fun and more fun all the way. From Mel and Andrena a rasta vibe to all - one love

Il y a des lieux que l'on oublie jamais...et celui-là en fait parti !!! Accueil très chaleureux, établissement très propre et très propice aux amoureux. Chambre TRES spacieuse et TRES agréable (un petit studio), la literie plus que confortable. Le personnel très disponible. A recommander !!!!!!! Vous ne serez pas décus

Sehr modernes und sauberes Hotel!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im BHB Hotel. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr nett empfangen und der Service war einfach super. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet. Es gibt mind. 2 deutsche Fernsehsender und das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder!
