The VIP wheelchair service at Savoy Hotel Manila was excellent. All the staff were kind, respectful, and very helpful. I truly appreciated their care and assistance. However, the Savoy Café could improve the quality and portion sizes of its food. Overall, thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

"The only complain i had was that they did not make up room on my 2nd day even when i pressed the clean up room button on the door. Although that was not a very big deal, the thing was i called for a replacement of the water but after calling it took another 8hrs for me to call again for the water ..."
