“Value for Money”

“We had a relaxing stay overall. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the beach was lovely. However, recurring issues with communication, follow-through and attention to detail affected our experience. On arrival, the robe was dirty and a few items had been left by previous guests. Before arrival, I asked about a special dinner but was directed towards the usual restaurants. During our stay, we discovered private dining was an option.

“Very clean space. Very special everything worked well. Definitely got a better deal from booking through Expedia. I booked my room standing at the check-in desk. I got such a deal.”
