For Europeans not used to loadshedding, bring mosquito repellent to protect yourself from their arrival when the fan stops!
This will not stop me from coming back each time I will visit Paarl. I will then also be able to dine at the restaurant, which I have heard so much about."

"No provision made with water supply when power went out due to loadshedding. You could not use the bathroom at all. NO extra drinking water in the room. Breakfast at restaurant was also not great. Sorry, not a good overall experience at all. It is situated in a beautiful area. "
