We apologize again, we don't like to cause inconvenience to our guests, but it was just a matter of timing. Your online booking was made at the same time as a phone call from the fire dept. they took all our available rooms for the crews working on local bush fires.

Anonymous, (Trudy G) you were told on check-in and it is stated in our compendium that if you required anything to request it at reception. Plates and knives come into that category, and are not permanently in the rooms due to loss or damage. We would have happily provided them had you asked. As for the lighting in the "cubicle" you are the First in thousands of guests to have this issue, I suggest you travel with a specially lit make-up mirror. I would also like to point out, you had the use of a larger room than you initially booked for your two nights with us.

Thankyou for taking the time to review. We agree that some vehicles took up a lot of space on what was a very busy weekend, but hope to see you again.

Anonymous, we do not advertise a microwave in each room, only that they are available on request. If you had asked, we would have happily provided you with one. Bowls, plates cutlery as well. We find the heating very efficient,perhaps you did not have the settings correct. We would have checked it, if you had bought it to our attention.
