Room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. Staff very helpful and quick to respond! We had trouble with our room safe and maintenance was there with in minutes once notified! Food was always fresh and large variety of items in buffet.

Hacienda Beach Club & Residences
We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views ...
