“Very disappointing stay. The room I booked was already occupied when I arrived. I was moved to a smaller room that did not match what I paid for three people, and my children had to find accommodation elsewhere. The place was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was dirty. I did not even wait for breakfast. I chcked out very early in the morning.”

“The hotel is in need of an overhaul, it’s really tired, dated and poor quality. The first room I was put in was dreadful, tiny, grotty and not a reflection of any of the pictures on the website. Breakfast was a disaster, a chef that can’t cook, poached/scramble eggs and burns toast, doesn’t inspire. Seemed really short on staff and grumpy when you did find them. Heard several other guests complaining too. Great location but that’s the only positive.”

“Good location, good price. Looks lovely from outside. However, inside, carpets needs cleaning as our feet were sticking to it. Kids room light was flickering, twice approached different members of staff but nothing was done. Not enough mugs in the room (only 2 in a family room).”
