“The room was very beautiful and clean. Staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, and helped us with our heavy luggage without hesitation. Within five minutes of our arrival, we were welcomed with fresh tea, and our room had complimentary cakes! They supply a fan in the room too, which is helpful for anyone that needs some airflow for comfort. We had breakfast in the morning and the food was delicious and fresh. “Staff were great but there simply wasn't enough of them. The lift was out of service or faulty and the stairs are great for someone with a temporary disability. The breakfast staff were very happy and helpful and produced some queality food and refreshments - thank you”
