Staying at Atropat Hotel was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a calm atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The staff are very kind and attentive. Special thanks to Museib at the reception - he was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. His attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.

We lucked out as our original hotel for the F1 tried to haggle a higher price upon arrival. So we walked away. We were happy to see the smiling face of Mohammed upon arrival at Atropat. All staff was welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was lovely with different local fare to try each morning. While the space is dated, it’s clean and roomy.

Disaster in the old town , to avoid

Old Hotel with 0 maintenance, had the room and it was nothing like description: 2 small single bads , water leaking from the selling in the bathroom! The bath was dirty and covered with moisture ! Went back to reception, they asked me to wait 3 hours for the manager to arrive at 11am ! Then changed my room to bigger but similar situation room ! Bad covered dirty. Room sirvice are there only if you go to reception and ask for it ... breakfast was really horrible : cold food ( eggs ....) so just to avoid . Such a pity that it have amazing location.

Friendly and welcoming

Nice, friendly and welcoming staff that really do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Their English is week, but they try. The breakfast is a bit different from what I'm used to, but it passes. I had a 3 nights stay - no cleaning of my room - if you want it you have to ask for it.

The bar and restaurant and housekeeping superb!! The Front Desk needs to better organize. Our friends left their room at 0200 to catch a plane. At 0205, they called my daughter's room to say they hadn't paid for some drinks in the room. She hung up. They arranged a cab for us the night before & could have asked us at 0700. BTW, they had paid. Then, there were 3 meetings about the number of payments for cabs. Thought we had it sorted the evening before (I had receipts) and at 0700 am hit with this again. Cab driver to airport tried to grab a 20 out of my hand at the airport. His fuel low level light was on the entire way. The cab was tiny and we were jammed into the back seat. This was one of 5 cabs the hotel arranged. The other 4 rides were fine.
