Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. "the hotel is conveniently located in a walkable area and well designed. the staff is friendly. we ordered the hotel specifically since it had a spa. however, it did not operate in our 2 day stay and we were not informed in advance or during our stay. only when we asked we were told that it's in renovation. we asked if there was any arrangement with another hotel so we can use their facilities as a courtesy. the front desk manager tried to help and updated that we can visit a neighbor hotel sap...

"The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality 5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels. Note. Special thanks to the reception team (Nika) and friendly housekeeping. "
