"Hotel.com listing has coffee in common area---- they charged $1.20 for instant. Listing has pool----half full hot tub sized. Listing has full service spa ----none. Listing has wifi---- works 10% of the time. Listing has stovetop and utensils ---- none. This was a room not a condo. They cleaned the room once in 6 days. Listing says 5 minute walk to the pier------- it is very steep hill---- only a serious athlete could do it in 5 minutes."

"The property is clean and suitable to stay. I suggest that airconditioning should be improve and the front door should be fix. its too tight for us open. Must need adjustment but in all good place to stay at. Thank you. "

"The house is very isolated. Not feasible to walk back and forth to Sabang, where the closet market is located. The house had not been cleaned in weeks, which meant the beds were very dusty. Recommend bringing your own linens. There was no drinking water or wifi, and breakfast was not included as advertised. Power goes out often (not Bahay Isla's fault), so good luck sleeping when the weather is hot. "

"Accommodation is about 30 minute walk up a mountain side from Puerto Galera. There are no local shops or other facilities nearby. Upon arrival, we were led through an overgrown forecourt to our room. It has no hot water and the water pressure is so week, it is difficult to take a shower. The staff told us that we could extend our stay if we wanted, as there was no booking following ours. They also said, we didn't need to pre-order breakfast from the menu the night before. "What what do you think about the property that it was very safe inconvenience everything in allow me to visit with the locals. I wasn’t feeling well one morning and the staff was all over it. He was able to take my blood pressure to assure that I was doing fine anything and everything that I requested or ask for was provided. There wasn’t an iron so they had a staff iron my outfit so I have something to wear, I left resort feeling like I was part of the family. "

"Love this place! Small property on Markoe cove. The beach is a coral beach with a seawall. Water is clear and beautiful. Our room was magnificent with old world charm. AC blew cold. Restaurant was great we ate dinner there once and breakfast everyday. It’s only a 5 minute tricycle ride to the nightlife in Sabang beach if that is your thing. If your looking for solitude and beauty this is it. WiFi was intermittent but I was there to unwind. Cellular signal was strong though. Staff was great and attentive. I will be back. If your never been to Mindoro the water is beautiful. I was on a short stay but next time I plan to dive."

"If you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful place to stay at Puerto Galera with accommodating and friendly staff, Badladz is the place to be! They have the amenities to make you feel at home and feel rejuvenated -- board games, pool, beach, food (tastes amazing and their menu has a variety of options), friendly and accommodating staff (shout out to Ate Ella, Ate Jonalyn, Ate Rina), and relaxing spa services by Ate Harmony, Ate Lei, and Ate Joan. Facilities were also well maintained, from restrooms, hallways, to the rooms. We definitely recommend this place! "

"Friendly lobby staff. The dive center was helpful. Tried to eat at restaurant, ended up going to nearby places as didn’t like the restaurant service. The lace was busy. One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else. The KTV was nice. You get 1 hour free per day. Also the massage service was great. "
