Perfect stay at the lake.

Perfect location at the Marina in Balaton, renovated rooms with really nice view of the lake. Helpful and professional staff, and great breakfast and direct access to the lake, with great spa and pool indoor facilities too. We will stay there again.

Superb hotel

From arriving on Saturday until checking out on Sunday we didn't leave the hotel grounds! Service everywhere was very good & the sauna & pool area were outstanding. Loved swimming towards the large windows & seeing the lake or sitting in the jacuzzi with this fantastic view. Also the fact that every room has a balcony overlooking the lake. Makes it amazing!

Two stars at best

The building was rotting, stairs are slippery, food is mediocre at best, bed was uncomfortable. Staff was forgetful. This is 2 stars at best, nowhere near the 4 it claims to be.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Es gab zwar nicht so viel Auswahl aber die angebotenen Speisen waren sehr gut und es war auch immer für jeden etwas dabei. Einzigiger Kritikpunkt war der Pool. Es gibt nur ein Hallenbad, allerdings sehr unspektakulär. Er ist sehr schön aber mehr als schwimmen geht nicht da Kinder darin nur mit Mühe stehen können. Die Temperatur ist sehr frostig und es liegen sehr viele tote Spinnen auf dem Grund. Eine Reinigung wäre notwendig. Der Whirlpool ist angenehm warm wird aber automatisch eingeschaltet und das ist nicht sehr oft. Ansonsten ist der tolle See direkt vor der Haustür und die Liegewiese ist perfekt. Was wir jedem empfehlen können ist die Massage. Einfach nur traumhaft und genial. Die Therapeutin ist ausgebildet und genauso ist auch die Massage. Ein MUSS in diesem Hotel.

Kisebb problémák: a zuhany átváltó nem működött, 2x-i kérés után sem 3-an voltunk a szobában, de csak 2-2 pohár volt bekészítve. Egyéb kifogás nem volt. A személyzet udvarias, az étterem minden szempontból ok.

Blut-beschmierte Unterlagen im Bett, kaputte Möbel, keine Ventilation im sehr kleinen Bad, deshalb hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit mit Schimmel im Bad, defekte Klimaanlage im Zimmer, deshalb morgens beschlagene Fensterscheiben (von innen), unfreundliches Personal, Zimmerservice zum Teil misserabel (Betten nicht oder nur unreichend gemacht), Staub auf Fernseher, Lampen, Spiegel, Zimmer stinkt (Teppiche) und Schrank

Best of Limited Options in a pretty area

Spent one in October for a conference in nearby location. Hotel itself is okay, but don't seem to be focused on the customer. Check in an out was pleasant but other than this the experience was average at best. The town and hotel seemed to be recoverying from the summer season as there was very few businesses open. Weather during the time I stayed was raining and foggy and as such the "room with panoramic view" did not allow me to see the lake. The room was okay but again not better than average. Breakfast was good and plentiful. In general think it has potential under the right management and vision but right now it merely survives by its' proximity to the lake.
