“Brand new hotel, very clean, helpful staff, next to busy pedestrian streets with bars, clubs, coffee houses, live music etc etc”

“Hotel was good and staff were very polite. Breakfast was good. Nice parking area but the AC in our room was broken and they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t have any other room to offer so we had a rough night with heat and we had to open the windows to get rid of heat so the noise was too much and annoying.”

We only detracted one star because housekeeping never came to clean our room nor offer to change our towels for a 3-night stay. Not sure if we had to specifically request for them to come…”
