The rooms are cheap, and so is the quality. The price-to-value ratio is probably okay. However, I don't recommend staying with children - many things were dangerous, loose electrical sockets, sharp/broken items, the shower stall looked like it was in the middle of renovation, Broken doors, etc… and the smell …

Sehr zentral in Kizilay gelegen fußläufig die Einkaufsmeile und die öffentlichen verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer roch nach Rauch ansonsten aber sauber. Für ein paar Tage kann man dort bleiben für einen längeren aufenthalt würde ich in ein anderes Hotel.

Otopark 300 TL. Odalarda sigara içilebilindiği için halı,çarşaf ve pikede yanıklar vardı. Klima tam bir felaket. Sanırım ilk çıkan split klima kendisi. Frost tan çok defrost yapıyor. Çeşme suyu sıcaklığı iyi ama duş başlığı yok. Sadece yağmurlama. Kapıya üflesen açılacak şekilde. Banyo temizliği vasat. Ama Havlu ve çarşaflar Miss gibiydi. Bir daha gelmem.

Herşey iyiydi. İki önerim olacak sadecr 1.sı İnternet çok yavaş yavaş, ben YouTube için İçerik üretiyorum. 3 Bölüm Çektim ama sadece 1 bölüm yayınlayabildim. İnternet hızı yavaş diye. Bir bölümü yayınlamam 12 saat sürdü.

Rahatsız edici koku

Odaya girdiğim anda çok rahatsız edici, yoğun bir koku karşıladı. Eşyalar yeni görünse de aşırı derecede kullanılmış ve hiç temizlenmemiş gibiydi. Halılarda büyük lekeler vardı. Klima 18 dereceyi gösteriyordu ancak oda bir türlü soğumadı, üstelik kendiliğinden kapanıp duruyordu. Geç check-in ve check-out yapmama rağmen ekstra ücret alınmadı ve personel oldukça ilgiliydi, bu konuda memnun kaldım. Ancak özellikle odadaki kötü koku nedeniyle çok rahatsız oldum, duş bile alamadım. Ayrıca saç kurutma makinesi de yoktu. Bir gün bile fazla kalınmaz; kesinlikle tekrar tercih etmem.

Aksilikler girişte başladı konumdan oteli bulamadık aradım iki kez konum atmalarını rica ettim arkadaşlar atmışlar fakat internetleri olmadığı için bize ulaşmadı. İki yataklı bir oda rezervasyonu yaptırmıştık. Yatakların Eni 80 santimdi ve çok rahatsızdı klima arızalıydı o kadar çok sesli çalışıyordu ki bütün gece uyuyamadik desem yeri var. Havlulardan birisi kirliydi.Yorumlara bakarak rezervasyon yaptırmıştım pişman oldum.

Güzel

Anladığım kadarıyla bazı odalarda klima sıkıntılı olabiliyor ama oda seçiminde yardımcı oldular. Klima var ve düzgün çalışıyordu. Yatak temiz ve rahattı. Odaya kahvaltı tabağı aldık servis , çeşit ve tad gayet güzel. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü.

Temizlik güzeldi, sorun yoktu. Ancak 2. gün oda temizliğine gelen olmadı. Ayrıca tanıtımda ücretsiz vale hizmeti deniliyor. Haliyle otoparkın ücretsiz olduğu anlaşılıyor. Ancak günlük 200 TL otopark ücreti ödemek zorunda kalınıyor.

Her ay düzenli olarak bu otelde konaklıyorum ve her seferinde aynı memnuniyetle ayrılıyorum. Odalar son derece temiz, konforlu ve ihtiyaç duyduğum tüm imkanlar eksiksiz şekilde sağlanıyor. Otelin genel atmosferi sakin, huzurlu ve misafirperver. Personel her zaman güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımcı. Konum olarak da oldukça avantajlı, ulaşımı kolay. Kendimi evimde gibi hissettiriyorlar, özellikle müdür beyin misafirlere gösterdiği ilgi takdire şayan. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum. Kötü tecrübe

Otele vardığımızda otopark hizmeti bulunduğunu için defalarca telefon ile aradık ancak cevap veren olmadı. İşlek bir cadde olduğu için bekleme yapmıyorsunuz. Daha sonra otopark için 200 TL ücret talep edildi. Otoparkı kullanmadık. Geç saatte odamıza çıktık klima soğuk yerine sıcak üflemeye başladı. Resepsiyona bilgi verdim. İlgiliye ilettiklerini söylediler. Kimse gelmedi. Yaksalik 15 dakika sonra tekrar gittim. Bir ilgili odaya geldi. Klimaya reset atilmaliymis attı. Sonrasında en azından sıcak üflemeyi bıraktı. Oda da müthiş bir klima sesi oluyor o ses ile uyumak imkansız. Şehir manzaralı diye kiraladığımız oda yan binanın klima motorlarına bakıyordu. Kesinlikle manzara söz konusu değil. Temizdi. Lakin rahat keisnlikle değil. Az para vereyim uyumasam da olur diyenler tercih etsin.

Temmuz sonunda odamızda klima çalışmıyordu çalışanlar gece vantilatör verip ertesi gün odayı değiştirmekte yardımcı oldu fakat geçtiğimiz odanın kliması da çok eski olduğu için hiç tesiri yoktu gitmeden mutlaka arayıp klimalar yenilendi mi diye sorun, yataklar rahatsız, konum iyi ve çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü

Otel konumu oldukça merkezi. Oda ve banyo temizdi. Yatak eski ve rahatsızdı. Yatağın yaylarını hissediyorsun yatarken. Klima berbat durumdaydı. Soğutma yapamıyordu, sıcaktan rahatsız olduk. Mini buzdolabı çalışmıyordu.

Konaklama yerine gittiğimde standart oda olmadığını belirtip iptal edileceğini söylediler, ekstra ücretle jakuzili oda teklif edildi. Personeller güler yüzlü fakat jakuzi ve oda zemindeki halı pisti. Ekstra avantajı yok, internet sayfasinda jakuzili odada kahvaltı, wifi vb avantaj belirtilmesine rağmen Tv'de wifi yoktu,kahvaltı için ekstra ücret talep edildi.

Çok fazla ses var. Araba sesi falan değil dışarıdan gelen bir makine sesi. Oda değiştirdik bir kez ama yine de ses kesilmedi. Camın ses geçirdiğini söyleyip üst kata aldılar ama yine de ses vardı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Yataklar rahattı ama oda dardı. Ses çok rahatsız ediyor hiç uyuyamadık iki kişi kaldık.

Güler yüzlü personel, temiz ve konforlu oda. Otel temiz aile oteli. Sessiz, sakin ve huzurlu. Aynı zamanda merkezi. Otoparkının mevcut olması pozitif bir puan. Bu özelliklerine göre oldukça ekonomik. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.
