메인로드에 있는 호텔 가격대비 청결햇어요^^ 오래된 호텔이지만 나름 깨끗했고 화장실이 열악했던거 빼면~~ 만족했습니다! 직원들도 친절하고 조식도 맛있었답니다

우붓 여행을 위한 가격 대비 훌륭한 장소...
우붓 지역의 특성만큼 조용하고 편안한 분위기의 숙소였네요. 객실 앞이 테라스라서 책을 읽거나 낮잠을 청하기에도 좋았습니다. 레스토랑도 크기는 작지만, 음식이나 서비스는 만족할만한 수준입니다. 쇼핑이나 다양한 식사를 하기 위해서는 몽키포레스트나 우붓 마켓까지 가야하는데 걸어서 가기에는 약간 부담스러운 정도? 흠이라면 수영장이 너무 작고 입구쪽에 있어서 이용하고싶은 마음이 적다는 것...

가격과 수준이 같은호텔
4일을 숙박했습니다. 프런트나 레스토랑 직원들은 친절했으나 하우스키핑 직원들은 그렇지 않은것 같습니다 . 외출시 청소를 부탁했는데도 청소가 안되었고 타올도 부족하게 주어서 불편했습니다. 다른 호텔과 달리 기본적으로 생수지급이 안되고 돈을 지불해야 합니다. 얼음 열알정도 얻는데도 돈을 따로 받더군요. 위치는 아주좋지도 나쁘지도 않은 애매합니다.그러나 불편함은 없고 바로옆에 쇼핑몰이 있고 몰안에 슈퍼마켓도 있어 불편함은 없습니다. 다만 번화가로 나가려면 5분정도 걸어야하고 투반비치는 외국인들이 이용할수있는 비치는 아닙니다 어선들이 많이 있고 지저분 합니다

Worse night of our lives
Worse hotel stay of MY LIFE! Dirty, smelly, with over 20 cigarette buds in the night table drawer that they didn’t bother to clean, the shower looked like it would make you more dirty than clean, and BED BUGS. We had to leave after one night of torture and didn’t get any of our money back

Alt i alt var opholdet skuffende. Vi boede på hotellet i 5 nætter. Tjekkede ud en dag tidligere end planlagt. Man delte værelse og badeværelse med myrer og edderkopper. Det var bestemt ikke rart at opholde sig på værelset. Der var “rengøring” på værelset dagligt, men vi skulle selv sørge for at henvende os i receptionen, når vi manglende toiletpapir. Vi havde været ude en dag, hvor der var en rulle toiletpapir på hotelværelset tilbage, da vi gik. Da vi kom tilbage på hotelværelset, var rullen væk og vi skulle spørge efter en ny. Vi skulle også selv bede om at få skiftet håndklæderne. Personalet kunne ikke snakke særlig godt engelsk, så det var svært at kommunikere med dem. Beliggenheden var rigtig god. Hotellet er billigt - men det er bestemt ikke det værd.

Located on the quieter side of town, with many restaurants and shops nearby. About a 45 minute walk to Ubud Market and just 10 minutes away from the Monkey Sanctuary.

Good value for the price
I spent over a week here, spacious room and bathrooms. You can tell that this place was really nice at one time. You can start seeing a bit of neglect around the property, especially with the landscaping. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. For the price I thought it was a good option and I recommend it.

Beautiful service and garden, but a/c didn't work.
In house restaurant, gardens and pool lovely, but a/c didn't work in our room and this made sleep impossible, we bought our own standing fan.

Entgegen der Angabe "400 m entfernt vom Ubud Market" waren es ca 1,7 km, was unsere Füße sehr strapazierte. Zum Frühstück gab es eine Scheibe Toast auf Nachfrage teilte man uns mit das kein Toast mehr da ist.

メンテナンスの悪いホテル
写真とあまりに違いすぎる。最初に案内された部屋は、壁はボロボロ、セフティーボックスが固定されていない有様。2つ目に案内された部屋はカビ臭く、２階の部屋にしてもらったのだが、フロントのスタッフが言う「どこの部屋も同じだ」のセリフは信じられない。ホテル全体がメンテナンス不足で、ひどい。オープン当時の写真を掲載しているが全くのサギだ。朝食も質素で、スタッフも感じ悪かった。泊り客は少ないのだが、 何もやっていない、従業員はずーっと休憩してるようだ。リネンが白くなく、臭いはしなかったものの、気持ち悪かった。

Loved it!
Great hotel with walking distance to monkey forest and other central locations. The service was proffessional and we had our rooms cleaned everydat as expected. Loved the breakfast- especially the pineapple pancakes. Wouldn't hesitate to go back there in the future!

Pleasant hotel closed Monkey Forest and facilities
We spent a nice moment in this hotel, simple and clean closed facilities and transport. The staff is really kind, don't hesitate to ask transport and other service if you need it, they help you. I appreciate the breakfast, the room even if it was small...yet comfort was there!

great staff, great breakfast, nice pool, great rooms, the best bed/pillow/duvet combination I have had in Asia in 9 weeks. Good AC, hot water in shower, good wifi.

Big Overcharge by Expedia!
Expedia should do its due diligence before charging its customers for hotels that are generally available at half the price. Such a rip off! Bathroom was outdoor, low quality facilities & I didn't get breakfast pack even if I requested for it a couple of times! Wifi not working neither!

The location of the hotel was great ... in the heart of beautiful Ubud and walking distance to some of the local attractions like the Monkey Forest and some great restaurants. However, the hotel was quite tired. It was cheaper accomodation but we were disappointed as we have stayed in other cheaper accomodation in Bali and been more than happy with it. The room was quite dated. It was cleaned daily but was still musty. Standard complementary breakfast was good. We wouldn't stay there again.

Lovely staff, great holiday
This was the second hotel during my stay in Bali, and it eclipsed the first (that had similar ratings). I liked it so much that I extended my stay from 3 days to a week. The staff are really fantastic, and it's across the street from ATMs, stores, and a 24 hour emergency centre - who are also very good. It's a short walk into Ubud to the Monkeys or the Market. The restaurant is very good as well. When I return to Ubud, I will stay here again.

A quelques minutes de marche de la forêt des singe
Personnel très courtois et amical. Beau décor, la rue est très animée mais calme et relaxant dans l'enceinte. Beaucoup de mendiants près des guichets ATM. Très bons restaurants à proximité. Le soir, à la fermeture des magasins il fait sombre alors vaut mieux prendre un taxi. Attention aux singes qui convoitent votre bouteille d'eau, vos lunettes etc... de vrais petits lutins ! Jai bien aimé l'hôtel dans son ensemble mais j'ai moins apprécié le cartier.

A pleasant and quiet place to stay
I stayed here with a friend and it was pleasant. The pool looked great although we didn't actually use it. The staff were friendly and attentive enough. My only gripe is that there was a leak under the floor in the bathroom and had lots of water seeping through. Otherwise it's great value for money.

Günstig und gut in zentraler Lage
Das Hotel ist sehr schön nach hinten gelagert und hat einen Pool mit Garten. Die Zimmer sind einfach und sauber. Aber die Ausstattung ist schon etwas alt und somit dreckig/schimmel. Online bekommt man einen besseren Preis als vor Ort. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit aber etwas unflexibel.
