"Enjoyed this being all inclusive even though it is only the buffet meals without alternative options. The buffet menu did change a little for the 5 meals we had. Weather was horrendous so unfortunately the stay was mostly indoors and inside the resort. Didn’t manage to use any of the outdoor pools or facilities. The hotel had a good gym for hotel standard which came in handy during poor weather. Staff was friendly and our buggy driver was a chatty funny guy. Free selection of beverages (non alcoholic and alcoholic) as part of the all inclusive stay will be welcomed by many. Do wish to see more alternative restaurants and cuisines being included as part of an all inclusive package. Nevertheless, was enjoyable enough of a stay. Fair to say it’s better than the other hotel we stayed at in Crete"

MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS .
