But the room type with a single bedroom has only a small window to the hallway, so the sun doesn't come into the room. It was too dark, so I asked for more lights, but they said they didn't have any additional lights. And the kitchen is spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom is a little small and there is no bathtub. But it's clean. And the kids club is not a system where the staff plays with the kids. Children and parents can play together with the installed game, but it is not a kids club that takes care of children instead of parents. Overall, the facilities were old, but the housekeeping teams were very dedicated.

4인가족 2베드룸 이용했습니다. 넓고 쾌적하고 깨끗합니다. 키즈클럽 또한 운영이 잘되고 있으며 스태프들은 로비, 식당, 청소, 엔지니어 할것없이 모두 친절합니다. 요청 사항은 즉시 해결해주고 세탁과 건조까지 리조트내에서 셀프로 해결 가능합니다. 매시간 셔틀 또한 마트와 비치로 가기에 부족함이 없습니다. 다음 휴가에 또 올것입니다.

적당한 가격과 위치 아이들과 함께 가기좋은 장소
조용하고 한적한 위치의숙소. 아이들과 함께 가면 좋은 장소입니다. 시설은 약간 오래된 느낌이 있지만 전반적으로 깔끔한 관리상태가 좋습니다. 비치나 주변마트로 운행하는 셔틀이 있어서 크게 이동에 불편은 없으나 교통혼잡으로 인해 꾸따지역이동에 한시간 가량 걸립니다. 직원들 모두 친절하시고 음식은 보통입니다. 객실내 주방시설도 음식을 해먹기에 좋습니다. 근처마트까지는 걸어서 약 10분 걸리며 셔틀을 이용할수 있습니다. 워터 슬라이드가 있는 풀은 아이들이 좋아합니다.

Great accomodation!
전체적으로 만족스러운 곳이었다. 늦은 밤에 체크인하는데 친절하게 대해주는 직원들과 7박8일 머물며 많이 친해졌다. 또한 객실은 아주 깨끗했으며 매일같이 청소를 해주기 때문에 늘 청결을 유지할 수 있었다. 다만 수압이 약한 편이고 주방에서는 간단한 요리만 할 수 있었다. 호텔 뒷문으로 나가면 시내까지 5분이면 나갈 수 있어서 쇼핑 및 마사지 받는데 아주 좋았다. 아침 조식도 괜찮은 편인거 같다. 다시 발리에 여행을 온다면 또 한 번 머물러도 괜찮은 곳이라고 생각된다.

Family oriented hotel
We stayed 3 bed apartment with 3 kids, 3 adults. Room includes kitchen, spacious living room area. Very good for a big family but facilities such as gas stove, bathrooms were weary, old. Staffs were friendly& helpful, breakfast and food (having 1 pool bar, 1restaurant) was o.k. If you go out to beach area (10 min. by taxi) you could find lots of restaurants and small shops. This hotel was great for kids thanks to a long slide pool, spacious kids club, activities and movies. We booked Safari for kids, they loved it. I recommend this hotel to a family with kids!

조용하고 아늑한 곳이었습니다. 시내에서는 조금 떨어진 곳이라 걸어서 이동하기는 어려웠습니다. 다만, 호텔 비치의 경우 셔틀버스로 이동 및 파란 바다를 볼 수 있어 좋았고, 직원들이 친절함에 반했습니다.

フルキッチン付きで広々としており、快適です。ビーチまで遠いと思われがちですがシャトルバスが出ており、問題ありません。朝食はお得なクーポンの案内があり、12歳以下のお子さんは無料になるのでお得です。家族やグループ旅行には特にオススメです。

We really loved it. Fantastic pool with daily activities for kids. Enjoyed lounging around beside the pool and swimming. The rooms were spacious and clean. Really good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet and the happy hour were also a winners. The location was within walking distance to shops but further from the beach. But a shuttle bus was available if needed. The staff were impeccable. So warm and friendly. The only thing I could critique was that while the rooms were spacious and clean - they were just a little dated but we didn’t minds that as everything else was excellent. We definitely want to stay there again.

Et flott hotell for en relativt billig penge.
Prime plaza suiten er et flott anlegg - men som er i behov av oppgradering. Gamle og slitte rom - møkkete og udelikate kjøkken, og tv’er med forferdelig lydkvalitet. Det positive er at det er mye rom for pengene, med en fin balkong, relativt gode senger og eget bad tilknyttet soverom. Det er AV på hvert soverom som man kan stille temp. På selv, noe som er deilig i 40 grader. Bassengområdet er flott med solsenger, spa, bar og barneområde m/sklie. Dette er det beste med hele hotellet. De ansatte er ekstremt serviceinnstilt og står parat til å gi deg den beste servicen til enhver tid. Det har vært et veldig flott opphold, og jeg hadde bestilt hotellet igjen hvis jeg igjen skulle dratt på en budsjett-tur til Bali. Skal du ha kvalitet - så er strandhotellene på Sanur bedre rustet til å møte høyere krav. Ps: Frokosten er etter mitt syn ikke verdt pengene. Dyr var den også.

The front as you drive up looks horrendous and I was really worried, however there is a back gate to access shops & eventually the beach. No Service around the pool, you have to keep going to the bar. I would recommend they offer a service from sunlounger to order food & drinks. Room was spotless, icy cold & complimentary water filter was fabulous. Would stay here again.

Great hotel but gate hours need to stay open
The rooms very spacious, and clean. Breakfast was not included but we had a lot of restaurants close but you needed to go down a back road which was safe, the only thing is the back gate to go through closes at 9pm which is so ridiculous. You would have to get a taxi back to hotel which is on a main highway. Otherwise can not complain about hotel at all. Great for kids. 2 pools plus kids pool has a big water slide tube adults can use also.

Would highly recommend for families and even singles. The staff are so humble and happy - so infectious! And the property is well maintained and they keep it really clean. I will stay here again considering the price, location and size of our apartment ❤️

One of the best value family hotels around. The room sizes simply can't be beaten. The location is fine for us, with just a six minute walk to the main street.

Enjoyed our stayed here. The 2 bedroom suite suited us perfectly and was so large. Daytime food options were good besides the pool as was the breakfast buffet. Had the evening buffet one night but it was quite expensive especially with a 12 year old who ate the tiniest amount. It's free for younger children. There are different themed buffets each night & if you want to order a la carte it is brought to your room.

We thought we would try prime Plaza after multiple previous stays at dynasty resort and it was great value for money! Be aware the the kids club is not a fully supervised kids club, it is more of a kids play area they can go to. Additionally, the mozzies in the room were some of the worst I have ever seen across many trips to Bali. We had to wear mozzie repellent to bed. I wouldn't not go because of it, (it's Bali, mozzies are just part of the process) but definitely bring some plug in mozzy repellents because the hotel didn't provide any and the only option was to bomb the room with insect spray which made the room stink.

Family friendly, suites were spacious, pools, back gate to walk down back streets. Annoying this shut at 6pm which meant a long walk around. Even 8pm would've been much better

Disappointing 1 bedroom apartment
Disappointing stay this time - the 1 bedroom apartment had absolutely no outside space - nowhere to hang wet bathers - no natural light in the room - right by the elevators which had noisy guests going in and out and staff pushing clattering trolleys right outside at all hours of the night. The pool area was busy with towels reserving loungers for guests who weren’t there - and leaving no seats or loungers left unless in full sun. No parasols ??? Staff friendly enough but front desk unhelpful and unresponsive - wouldn’t change the room as they claimed to be fully booked but there was clearly availability online.
