Dear Sir / Madam we would like to thank you for your review about Puri Hiromi , as the size of the door and its sliding system, it is in deed a litle hard to open it , however we are on progress of changing some of the roller to make it easier to open or close , regarding the mosquito we have our pestcontroll to do fogging and spraying as a prevention twice a week, our staff also has spray and put electric mosquito repellent during turndown service , looking forward to welcome you back in Puri Hiromi for your next trip .

3박 취소불가 조건의 호텔에서 2박후 갑자기 아침9시 체크아웃당함
위기가 좋아서 정한 호텔인데 위치외는 도로가까운곳이라 밤새 차소리에 새벽엔 옆집 닭소리..밤새 물소리가..쉴곳이란 생각을 할수없엇고..아침에 일어나보니 바닥엔 바퀴벌레가 죽어잇어서 ..ㅜㅜ.,,, 그리고 요가하고 돌아오니 풀부킹이라 급 체크아웃요구..다른곳으로 환불해주고 한다 ...헐... ...그날 일정은 완전이 망침..왜 체크인할때는 아무말없더니 도저히 이해할수없는 일을 당하고 우붓전체에 대한 인식까지 망가진 경험이엿다

와이파이가 빨랐다. 샤워시설이 불편했다. 물이 잘 안빠진다. 에어컨 실외기 소리가 커서 잠을 잘 수 없었다.

We were a bit disappointed with the room at first because we had been shown a different room on our previous trip to Bali. In saying this, the room was clean and the bedding and towels were also lovely and clean. I found out later that they will be renovating at the end of this year, so this explains a lot. We would happily stay there again post renovation. The staff are all wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Restful
A week away to recharge..we normally stay in Seminyak but this trip we were looking for a slower pace and Sanur was just that..Puri provided a great base to wander the streets and just chill out, the staff from check in to check out were wonderful. They were always around, never intrusive and very mindful of privacy. The room was great, good bed, great air conditioning (it was very humid) and the pool was always sought after a long walk. Breakfast daily was very good (perhaps some fresh fruits) A great location in amongst many good eateries and a few absolute gems (Taquisa) all in all we really enjoyed our time at Puri Hiromi Sanur..

Stylish, clean and quiet.
Beautiful apartment, great air conditioning and bathroom. Lovely, attentive staff and delivery of brekkie to your room each day was a wonderful treat. Beach access road right across the street. Stayed five restful days and would have lingered longer but I didn’t realize that unless you book a private pool suite, there isn’t another pool. Next time, I’ll know - worth a return visit.

スタッフは親切で安心して過ごせました。広いリビングダイニングの部屋と、ベッドルームが分かれており快適でした。気になる点は、部屋が全面ガラス張りなのでカーテンを閉めないとプライバシーが気になる。だからほとんどカーテンを閉めていたので少し閉塞感を感じた。あとは、そのガラス窓のカギが壊れているものが多く、女一人だとセキュリティが心配になる。

Definitely recommendable
Puri Hiromi was a great little intimate place for us to stay a couple of nights. Located on one of the central roads in Sanur, the location scores top points for us. The staff was sweet and helpful and the room was very clean, nicely cooled with A/C. We had everything we needed here with very reasonable prices.

Great stay at Puri Hirohito !
Exceptionally comfortable bed, loved the pool perfect temperature! Staff were excellent and room was comfortable. Only negative is the shower tub area was awkward- tub uninviting just a shower would be perfect ! The pool deck needs to be replaced as it is a safety concern.

Beautiful villa on main street Sanur
The lovely staff made us feel very welcome! The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is good! The location is super, right on the main street, close to great restaurants and a few minutes walking from the beach. The only downside was that we were in the first villa and noise was coming off the street, as well as late night live music from restaurants could be heard, thankfully good earplugs can solve this issue. All in all a super place to stay!

Until next time
Room was very nice and staff was crazy friendly. If you get the chance to do the breakfast then do it, it’s good an cost like 2$ with delivery. Only negative thing I got was the stuck balcony door, needed to pull with my whole body in full force to get it open, could need some oil 👍

Amazing. Change the bathtubs
Amazing hotel. We had the kids downstairs with the nanny, and we had the upstairs room, both pretty much self contained. The kitchenette was great. The bathtub was not nice, but they offered us a replacement room. They said they are in the process of changing the baths over to a different material.

From arrival to departure the staff were amazing, helpful and friendly always have a friendly smile. The property location was perfect, close to eateries, beach and shops. The room was clean, rooms made up everyday with turn down service provided every evening. The pool was great, good size fridge and good breakfast served daily to room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again when in Sanur.

ダイビングでバリに訪れて、3回目の宿泊です。リビングとベットルームが分かれていて、ダイビングから帰ってくると、くつろげるのでホッとします。 デザインも気に入っていますが、鍵は相変わらず壊れていて、施設の修繕を早急にしてもらえるといいなと思います。スタッフたちはみんな素敵な人ばかりで、安心して過ごせました。

Puri Hiromi
The room in puri hiromi was fantastic. It was beautiful, roomy and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had free water bottles every day, and you can ask for more if you want. The location is great, across the street lies a path that leads you to sanur beach in less than 5 minutes. We stayed 3 nights and loved most of it, the only problem we had was that the water pump stopped working and that led to not being able to flush the toilet. As soon as we told the staff, they helped us and started it again. Even though the staff is very friendly you have to confirm bookings that they do for you since their English is not perfect. We got booked on the wrong boat when we tried to get to Nusa Penida.

We have just finished our stay at this great little hotel. The staff are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble, the room is clean, and the pool suites are fantastic for when you want to cool off. Our flight out was a later one, and they were even nice enough to let us back in after check out to freshen up!! There’s access to the beach literally across the road, and there are cafes and shops dotted all along the strip the hotel sits on - breakfast is totally worth paying for too! We are coming back again, and will definitely stay here... it’s a great hotel.

Fantastic Hotel. Private pool was lovely and the rooms very spacious and clean. Great service with friendly helpful staff.. Had breakfast delivered to our door each morning. The hotel is within 4 min walk to the beach (if you short cut through Maya Sanur Resort) Would recommend very highly.

They really take great care in knowing each of their guests personally. My daughter was arriving the day after me and when we checked in they called her by name and asked would she need transport. They also arranged for her room to be directly above our suite, nice touch....Being served breakfast everyday is also a very nice touch/

素敵なデザインのホテル 今回で2回目の利用です。リビングルームとベッドルームに分かれていて、ソファーでくつろげて、ゆったりと過ごせるところが気に入っています。なんといっても天井が高く、デザインがとてもおしゃれです。またスタッフはみんな親切で感じがよく、安心して宿泊することができました。ただサッシが壊れていたり、カギが壊れていたりなど所々修繕ががひつようだとかんじて必要だと感じています。また利用したいです。

Simply the best 5 day stay
We stayed in a pool villa and found it to be very clean & spacious enough for my wife and I. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is close to a selection of good restaurants and the beach. great place to stay! The Mee Goreng Breakfast is awesome too.

Hôtel pas à la hauteur du standing
La chambre est très bien par compte il y a des grosses différences entre ce qui est noté sur Hotels.com et la réalité: en demandant à la réception nous nous sommes rendu compte qu’il n’y avait pas de navette gratuite comme indiqué sur le site que si jamais nous voulions café dans la chambre comme indiqué gratuitement il faut le réclamer. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas digne d’un hôtel de ce standing en effet nous en avons fait de nombreux avant à Bali de moins bonne qualité mais le petit déjeuner était nettement meilleur. Il n’y a pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel mais vous pouvez manger aux alentours.

Wonderful Hotel in Sanur
Had a lovely stay Puri Hiromi with the best breakfast (Omlett) I’ve ever had in the whole of Asia. We used the kitchen facilities to cook our own dinner - which was a nice change to all the restaurant visits! Would definitely come back again! Especially the staff was so friendly and kind- you feel very welcome and at home!

Nice Hotel, close to the beach
Had a great stay at Puiri Hiromi, the staff were fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, good shower pressure. It was great having our own private pool.

親切なスタッフ、感激しました
1泊だけして翌日にはギリ島へ移動する予定でしたが高波のため予約のスピードボートが欠航となりフロントの人には本当に親切に行く方法を調べてくださりとても嬉しかったです、結果、もう１泊おせわになりましたが、部屋も清潔でバスタブもあり、とても快適にすごせました。朝ごはんのルームサービスもとても可愛いかごに入れて運んでくださりよかったです。ただパブリックプールがなかった点だけが残念。

蟻はいますが土地柄しょうがないかと思います。 プールもあって優しいスタッフ安い値段トータル最高でした。 また予約したいです。

Lovely quiet place
Quiet and relaxing place. Friendly staff. Lovey breakfast. Nice private pool. All the amenities we needed for our first night in Bali.

Felt like home
I was looking through expedia for hotel with good price and good atmosphere that's when I came across Puri Hiromi hotel. I always wanted to stay in a Villa suite with private pool that's when i saw this hotel, it's like my dream come true..haha. For a Villa suite it was definately a reasonable price. Overall the stay at Puri Hiromi Hotel for an excellent experience for my hubby and myself.

Cool place
When I booked I wasn’t given the option of a room with/without a pool. I assumed all rooms had a plunge pool, so I was disappointed on arrival to find our room was upstairs without a pool with no option to upgrade.

Nettes Boutique-Hotel
Mitten im Dorfzentrum. Die Suiten sind innen relativ geräumig. Der Garten und Privat-Pool sehr eng. Keine richtige Terrasse oder Freisitz. Das Management könnte mal einiges renovieren und sanieren. Die Mitarbeiter sind jedoch alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird auf dem Zimmer serviert. Das Hotel hat kein eigenes Restaurant und keine eigene Bar. Keine Bürokratie beim Check-in und Check-out. Keine Formulare ausfüllen, keine Unterschriften leisten, kein Kreditkartengehasche. Fußläufig sind viele Restaurants, Bars, Massagesalons, Tauchshops und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Bis zum Strand ca. 10 Fußminuten. Tipp: Fahrrad leihen und die Umgegend erkunden.
