2度と宿泊しません。
チェックインは正午であるはずなのに、部屋が用意できていないとの理由で1時間ロビーで待たされ、13時に入室。フロントに居た女性は横柄でした。部屋はプールビューの予約なのにまるで見えないガーデンビューでした。部屋はアリだらけで湿度がひどく、ベッドも湿っていました。バリ島には25年、毎年来ていますがこんな酷いホテルは初めてです。 とても静かで便利で良い場所にあるのですが、今回、他に3ヶ所別のホテルに宿泊しましたが、ここは最悪でした。 ホテルズドットコムのゴールドメンバーとして使い続けてきましたが、今回で止めようと考えています。

Sativa cottages has that old Bali style appearance. It was clean ,comfortable and central to restaurants and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. the cottages need some maintenance to rooms and pool area but only minor, not a real issue for us. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the experience.

Solo female traveller. Had a lovely stay here. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are enormous and it is super quiet. They are stand alone (one above another) with a staircase in between so you don't hear anyone. The bed is very comfortable and the water is hot and good pressure. No safe in room but room safety box at front reception desk with key. Only Indonesian plugs in room so take a converter. Breakfast was basic but nice. Egg station and pancakes. Down a side street so you have to walk around to get to the beach road but not too far. Bicycle hire onsite (very cheap) so I just did that and rode everywhere! Pool is very nice but it can get a little crowded and if you want peace and quiet probably not the place. I just rode my bike to the beach and hired a lounge for the day and sat there! Money changer and supermarket right next door & plenty of lovely restaurants and bars close by. Overall a lovely place and I would stay again.

Hotel was nice enough and positioned ok but not cĺose to beach and was very hot and stagnent due to no breeze able to move though open areas. Breakfast was really basic.

Die Anlage ist super schön, sehr ruhig und liegt in einer Sackgasse zur Einkaufsstraße mit Restaurants. Der Pool ist groß und man bekommt Badehandtücher. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolblick und Balkon, sehr geräumig und ruhig. Preis Leistung passt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very quiet and cozy. Room is humid. Bed mattress and pillow are wet and stinky a bit but it's ok. Small insects and gekko are in the room. Pool is good.

Great secluded property directly behind the busy main street. It was quiet, cozy, and beautiful with the pool running through it. Some of the furnishings seems a bit dated. Not very many charging points and only the local plugs, but it didnt bother me that much. Sitting at the balcony looking at the pool was serene. Would definitely stay again.

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at the property and we have seen a decline in standards. Possibly due to a lack of cashflow during Covid has hit hard, roofs leaking and patched up with tarpaulins, we had to move rooms as ours had water running down the inside walls during a heavy shower. Pool bar not open as they cannot afford the liquor license, they are probably doing their best, but the place does need money spending on it and Soon !

Thank you for the advice . we have repaired the leaky roof by replacing a new one, the tarpaulin replacement was due to the hotel being busy and the rainy season could not be renovated. bar licensing is still in progress. Thank you for your third visit. and sorry for your inconvenience during your stay.

Third time we have stayed at this hotel so obviously it suits are needs. Probably a result of Covid and lack of cashflow has resulted in poor maintenance and cleanliness standards been kept up . Hopefully things will begin to improve during 2023, will be back in March so we shall see

We will be back again! Great, friendly staff. Rooms were nice. Pool is excellent, but I wish the swim bar was operational. Only beer available which sucked because we do love a voddie. Heaps of great food choices around and a very short walk to the awesome Sanur boardwalk/promenade thing.

Great place, took some friends from the YK for their first trip to Bali so we wanted an hotel that reflected the original Bali feel. The Sativa Sanur Cottages had the perfect mix of old style traditional but yet up to date bathrooms and Air con etc. very peaceful and relaxed setting. No kids and plenty of sunbeds available anytime of the day. Supermarket at the top of the driveway, heaps of good warungs, restaurants and bars

Sativa Sanur stay - 22 - 29 December 2019.
My wife, our son, and myself traveled to Bali on Sunday, 22 December 2019. On arrival at the airport, I found that there were no arrangement made for our collection at the airport, as per my request. "Could you please include airport shuttle service. We will be arriving at Denpasar Airport @ 16:35 on 22 Dec 19 onboard Garuda Flight GA447, and depart again on 29 Dec 19 @ 13:00 on Garuda Flight GA446" I then called the hotel, and they told me that no arrangement was made with them, so I arranged for a taxi to the hotel by myself. (Lesson learnt - call the hotel beforehand to confirm!). The stay at the hotel was very pleasant, good location, friendly staff, nice swimming pool. Some complaints though with regards to the facilities, not show stoppers though. 1. Wi-Fi was so bad that we used our own WiFi Router the entire week! 2. No Coffee/tea maker in room!. "Food & Drink - Refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, room service, and free bottled water".We went and bought a small portable gas stove and a pot, to boil water in to make coffee. 3. No bottled water in room, only a Stainless Steel water jug with water.

For a resort that opened in 1990, it still holds up. As per other reviews, the hotel could use some work but they do not oversell themselves or amenities. We booked last minute and were happy with the size of the room and the pool. Some variety to the breakfast options would be nice. The location is perfect as it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and there’s a supermarket next door. Recommend for those looking for a no fuss hotel in Sanur as the staff were friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay
General: Staffs are nice, standard breakfast Pros: Awesome pool for kids. Beds are big(booked 4 ppl room) AC is cold. Location is good; easy to access everythings, and there is a supermarket right next to hotel entrance. You can request free seceleted movie at your room, but our TV signal is pretty bad; shows ghost images. Bicycle (with child seat) and motorcycle (no child helmet) rental are avaliable at front desk. Con: Facilities are simple and old. Conclution: My kids had lots fun in the pool and jumping on the bed and watching movies in the room. With this price, I am happy with what I get. However, if you are trying to impress someone, you better put some more budget and to stay somewhere else.

Photo non contractuelle !!! Réserver deux chambre pour 7, sur le descriptif -un lit double - 1 lit simple , sur la photo grande chambre avec petit canapé, arrivé là bas 2 chambres avec 1 lit double ! Géniale dans une chambre obligé de rajouter 2 lits d appoint et l autre 1 !! En fait après dans le descriptif c est marqué 1lit simple ou 1 lit double , pas de canapé ni de bouilloire! Pourquoi dans la recherche il propose ces chambres alors ? Dormir avec des enfants???super , ont a quand même du repayer 100000 rp par jour( un geste du manager 150000 à la base ) pour le lit sup avec le petit dej !! Pourquoi avec le petit dej alors que c était inclus dedans pour 7 aucune idée , certes une petite erreur de ma part mais il y aurais eu un canapé ont aurais pu s’arranger . Et précisez que si vous prenez cette chambre il faut dormir avec un de vos enfants ou que la recherche affiche aucune chambre ça serais plus logique !!sinon superbe hôtel bon accueil piscine géniale , très calme , petit déjeuner très bon , plage proche avec très bon warungs . Sans ce problème hôtel très bien .

TERRIBLE
Booked for 2 adults, 2 Children. Arrived at midnight, there was only one bed for the 4 of us. Staff understood very very little english. There was no apologies given in the morning to us. No staff ever spoke to us. Bathrooms very very old and in poor condition. No atmosphere around the hotel. Only good thing was the area, there is a supermarket next door and the pool is nice and big and cold. We left something there and have sent 4 emails, with no response from them.

The location was good. Felt safe and secluded yet good access to shops and beach. The staff were friendly. The set up of the property was good with access to the pool only steps away for my 11yrs old. The property is run down and could do with a make over or really step up the maintainence, especially in the rooms.

Een mooi hotel waar je je al snel thuis voelt Lekker zwembad en mooie tuin.Ontbijt is wat eenzijdig als je er langer blijft. Maar ligt gunstig, winkel en leuke eettentjes met live muziek naast het hotel. Wij gaan er komende dondetdag weer heen. Mooi hotel
