방이답답함 둘이이용하기엔좁음
사진보다 방이좁았다.. 화장실은깔끔한편 두명이서 방을쓰기엔 답답한 느낌이었다 다시숙박은안할듯 5일머물렀다. 조용하니 혼자여행온사함에게는 조을듯 이런컨디션에 더저렴한곳이 널렸다.. 구지 여길이용할 이유를 찾기어렵다 비추.. 그렇다고 시설이 막안조은건아닌데 둘이 실망함.. 같은가격에 짱구지역에서는 조은 컨디션이어서 그거랑 비교하다보니 더 안좋게느껴진거같음 방이좁다...

친절한 호텔
직원은 몹시 친절하나 방음이 전혀 안됨. 모든 소리가 다 들림. 객실 청결도는 그때그때 다름. 깨끗한 날도 있었으며, 조금 덜한 날도 있었음. 욕조의 수도가 계속 샘. 샤워 시 하수구 냄새 올라옴.

침대가 매우 안락하지만 욕실의 칸막이 부분이 어중간해서 물이 다 튄다...그래서 욕실마닥이 항상 물로 흥건..그리고 휴지나 어매니티 교체부분이 약간 미흡했으나 직원들이 매우 친절하다. 조식은 뷔페식이 아니라 풀코스로 나오는데, 맛은 그냥 그저그렇다. 친구들과 가기엔 괜찮은곳이나 연인 혹은 가족단위로 가기엔 부족함이 있을듯.

Property was great. Staff were lovely, attentive, and very easy to speak with. The room was of fairly good quality and the pool was great. Location is good if you want to stay in a tourist hotspot.

Walkable and convenient location close to the beach and various tasty dining options. Staff at the property are polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the conditions of the room are run down, no hot water for the shower, and stains on towels and bed sheets.

The location was very ideal (close to shops, the beach, food, etc.). The staff were all incredibly nice, helpful and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying there for short-time and long time stays (we stayed for 7 nights). I highly recommend the Kirana.

Great hotel , in good location
Breakfast was okay , the room was good quality the clearing could have been better Super friendly staff and the location of the hotel. It was just absolutely perfect with walking distance to the beach shops restaurants, there’s tons of grab scooters if you don’t feel comfortable riding yourself Hotel was super helpful getting us a ride we end up using the same driver for a couple times, since he was so awesome

The staff was very friendly. The room was in terrible shape, but the bed was comfy and the ac worked. We stayed in the suit. The bedroom area is open to the living room. Most of the furniture was damaged (or missing as per the photos). The bathroom sinks somehow both leaked onto the floor and clogged. The towel rack fell off the wall. The bath tap was dangling from the wall. The floors were very damaged. The towels and sheets were not very clean (def not bleached, often had stains). Breakfast was tasty. The pool was a good temperature.

Location was great. Staff were generally helpful. We were staying on the first level by the pool and noticed the clearing of drinks and glasses were not frequent. We noticed uncleared tables outside of our room for up to 14 hours. from evening 7 pm right through to next morning when we left. Other than that, hotel is right opposite Milk and Madu which is great!

I stayed in the penthouse suite, the room appointments were quite frustrating, which is really due to the property being aged. I had a private plunge pool but it never got any so barely used it. I had to use the main pool to lay in the sun, and that pool is situated right in front of the restaurant and reception so you basically lay in your swimsuit directly in front of anyone eating. The bathroom or bedroom hasn’t got power points near the mirror so you can’t use your hair dryer - I had to go in the kitchen and use the tiny mirror behind the kettle. The light switches in the bedroom are by the bed but not close enough to switch off from the bed. The coffee cups in the kitchen were tiny, and no cutlery provided, considering the room comes with a full fridge freezer and dining table was annoying. The staff were great and the location was good but for the price was not worth it. Would not stay again

Das Hotel ist mitten im Herzen von Canggu gelegen. Im Zimmer selbst, merkt man aber nicht, dass man im Zentrum ist. Super Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Sehr lecjeres Frühstück und die Massagen sind hervorragend.

We loved our stay at the Kirana Hotel. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, spas and salons. Everyone is very welcoming and the spa services are amazing. We got a free 15 minute foot massage and added a 90 minute Balinese massage and a whole body scrub. The spa services are very affordable and is discounted if you stay at the hotel. The pool is also really nice and is open until 9pm! We loved our stay here and enjoyed the pool a lot after a long day at the beach.

After reading all the mixed reviews on this hotel i was concerned about staying here but the minute i checked in to the hotel all my concerns went away. The room was nice and clean and everything in working order. Staff were also extremely friendly and helpful with any queries. The hotel is well located - the beach is not even a 5 minute walk and lots of shops, places to eat and spas outside your door. I could not fault it in any way. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider the Kirana for any future travel. It was great!

Once was a beautiful hotel, however is very tired looking and lots of property items falling apart. example Safe in room falling apart, door handle almost falling off. bathroom sink kept getting blocked, as well as power pointr for kettle not working properly. also light switch falling off near bed.

Spacious and comfortable
My room was comfortable and clean. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The dunk pool could use a once over, but I had a nice stay and would stay there again. I highly recommend getting a massage there. It was great!

Great staff, quiet location, facilities are old
The staff is great and I liked the location. A bit rundown with the bathroom (bathtub didn’t work and strange smell) and room facilities like the kettle, but most things are in working order. The Internet is not bad, but can go off sometimes, so I went to the cafe a few times, as I was working remotely while staying in Canggu. But the staff was always awesome, so I had a great stay overall.

The hotel's staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. Like most hotels in Bali, the room had quite a few ants in it especially close to the balcony, the cigarette smoke from other guests smoking on their balconies was seeping in to our room from our balcony door and the bathroom in general could do with a scrub (you can tell it was cleaned but there is a lot of calcium and dirt build up in various sections. I would of liked to rate this hotel better but the thing that disappointed me the most was that even though they are aware about everything that is going on with COVID 19 they didn't think twice to tell me there are NO REFUNDS even when I told them we may have to leave 2 days early to catch an earlier flight home otherwise we could be trapped in Bali for months. I think the hotel management should redefine their notion of professionalism and customer service and have more understanding for their guests in these difficult times. At the very lest charge a fee but the fact of the matter is none of the hotels were full, so they were not loosing revenue on the room and we did not sleep there for 2 nights (left plenty of time before checkout).

Disappointed - very bad standard
Very disappointed. Pros: - Perfect location - super friendly staff - comfy bed Cons: - Deluxe room was very „used“ and old with a lot of broken furniture - bathroom was very dirty and old! - pool dirty and with view on construction site - air con in the room couldn’t handle the hot days - even though the hotel was rarely booked they charge for a late check out (20% for just 2 hours) - some speakers in the room started to play loud Musik randomly I would recommend to anybody to search something better in canggu. For that price you will get cleaner nicer accommodations easily.

Great hotel, management requires improvement
The hotel was fantastic. Very comfortable, clean and Would recommend to people to stay there. The only disappointment was the house cleaning service. They threw away my business notes which was place on the side table. It was an important document and of course they could not retrieve it by the time I asked for them. They did not offer any compensation nor discount which made me even more angry. So I would say the management needs to be sorted out.
