"We left early because the pool was too warm. On the first day there, you could even say that the pool was hot because I thought it was heated at first. The listing says there are two pools so I thought maybe the non heated pool was elsewhere. It’s actually the one long pool and a jacuzzi seating as the second pool. We were told it was normal, that the sun heats up the pool. I didn’t believe it at first and thought it had to be a plumbing issue since the water was so warm even in the evening...

"Transportation from this hotel to Bali Bird Park was RP 100000. Frigde power was off so we needed to turn on. The right around bed didn't work. Bed was nice. It would be better if they would prepare tissue box in this room."

"The staff was very amazing. The view was breathtaking. Very private and the the sounds of the ocean waves is all you heard from sunrise to sunset. The walk to the villa and movie room was amazing. Love the sliding doors and the AMAZING pool. The outdoor kitchen to pool was THE BEST PART. I love this villa so much it was the best part of my trip!!! Will be back!!"

That guy said they no longer deal with expedia. He wants me to book direct to him. Dey let me use the room but the AC not working. I was asking the guy to look at it. And fix it.
