Good location, everything I needed. I stayed in a studio near the lifts and it felt a little bit like living in a fish bowl - open for all to see but once I got over that it was fine. Very good value.

This place was in the perfect location for us and had everything we needed (fridge, two separate bedrooms, parking etc), so it was a delight staying here. We met 2 receptionist. Although one of them wasn't friendly, Tracy is awesome! Do I recommend staying here? I sure do! Thank you Tracy!

Good accommodation, pillows could have been a bit better, beds were comfortable. Water pressure in shower could be a bit better. Very spaciuos for a family of 4 with the 2 seperate bedrooms

Better than it looks in pics
Very comfy. Walking distance to sovereign hill. Warm welcome with the heater on for us. The pictures don't do any justice to this place. It is so much better than it looks. Overall i was impressed.

Everything was excellent except the very uncomfortable mattress, it sagged into teh middle and made for a very uncomfortable night.

Nice stay
We had a very enjoyable stay. The town house suited our family's needs perfectly and had great car parking. Reception were very helpful with any requests. There are some good places in easy walking distance including an awesome cafe, good indian and reasonable chinese restaurant. And a quick drive to the CBD and other attractions.

The unit was clean and had plenty of features, but we were disappointed in the bedding arrangements. Take your own pillows is something I would suggest.

So bad
So dirty the bathroom floor towel turned black on the floor after one shower. Overall not cleaned regularly or close enough to our stay. Window too high to reach and knob broken, so slept in thermals and trackies. Bed like a plank of wood. Place was called Sovereign Views and all we could see was the draughty hallway. Reception not in when we enquired (a few times). Left two nights early

Our 2 bedroom Sovereign View Apartment was ideal for our purpose. While on the cosy size almost everything you need was there. A serated or sharper carving knife for the kitchen,and one less squeaky bedroom door and it would have been a 5.

Great staff & comfortable.
I've stayed here with my basketball team the same weekend 3 years in a row now & it just seems to be the perfect spot to rest for the evening. Staff are super friendly and are great with requests. Highly recommend this venue and the value for money is second to none.

Lady at reception was lovely. When my car wouldn’t start when leaving at check out so she let us keep the room key to wait inside where it was warmer for RACV to arrive.

Felt like a cramp up had to go outside to feel better. Bed was very bad and on room in the shower Toilet roller on top of you.

Stayed one night in a two bedroom townhouse. It was lovely. Modern, comfy and very clean. We will be back again next time we have something on in Ballarat. The lady that checked us in was also very nice. I have nothing negative to say about the apartment.

The apartment itself was a great design however the furniture was dated and not very comfortable it needs fans in all bedrooms very hot and stuffy on 40 degree days couldn’t open the windows at night to let any air in as the windows only had roller blinds which banged against the walls. Pool area and BBQ communal kitchen area was a bonus and enjoyed

Nice place closer to everything in Ballarat. We had a relaxing time and kids enjoyed the stay. Staff are very friendly and attended to our questions very promptly.

Nice apartments
Easy to locate the apartments. Spacious and comfortable. Would stay again if I return to Ballarat. Great pub with excellent food and drinks just a short walk down the road.

Adequate accommodation for large number with pool
If requiring clean adequate accommodation for a large number it was Ok. Does need coffee plunger or other coffee making pot. Adults get grumpy without it. Appearance is dated and a bit tired.

A wonderful trip to Sovereign Hill. The hotel was perfect and the location was also perfect. We were able to walk to Sovereign Hill tourist attraction. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Fully equipped apartment
Woman at reception was very nice and accomodating under our circumstances. Not that we needed the kitchen on our 1 night stay but for other travelers it was fully equipped with oven cook top and microwave. The room was comfortable but it was very light to try and sleep. Even with all blinds pulled down. Bring an eye mask.

The motel is just across the road from Sovereign Hill, a few minutes drive from central Ballarat. The two story 'townhouse' was a decent size and well equipped

Fantastic location if visiting Sovereign Hill.
We were visiting Sovereign Hill so this was a very convenient location for us. Left the car in the parking space for entire stay and walked everywhere. Very friendly welcome and lots of advice on where to eat etc. Free wifi in our room. Heater was on when we arrived on the first night of our stay. The bed was comfortable. Very good affordable accommodation.

Fantastic family apartments
We were really impressed with how clean the apartment was, how close it was to Sovereign Hill (we walked there). Also, the apartment was toasty warm on arrival. This was a little piece of luxury when we returned home after the blood on the southern cross show which was excellent but it was freezing cold. Would definitely recommend to families.

A lovely stay at Sovereign Views
We experienced a very friendly welcome upon checkin and were delighted to find our room was ready early. The townhouse was clean, very comfortable and SO warm and cosy. Thanks for a great stay!

Central for what I wanted it for
Everything was okay. But it would not be a place I would like to stay in during peak times. There are no curtains on the window only blinds, so if you want to open your blind everyone who walks past can see straight into your room and in regards to a bit of privacy then there is none as the bed is right next to the bed.j Also my room was right in front of the lift and stairs. People walking past talking very loudly and during peak times I would find this room and any other rooms extremely annoying. Overall it was very clean and nice and the husband and wife were a lovely couple,
