“I paid $1,395.65 for a 2 week stay and they took $100 out of my bank without telling me they were doing it and never gave it back. Claimed smoking in room when there was no smoking in room. Also only stayed for a week instead of 2 and got ghosted when asking for refund for the week that was not used.”

“Positives: The room was large and clean, and the staff held it for a post-midnight arrival, no problem. The bed was fine, the climate control worked well, and the door seemed secure with well working locks (important since this is a motel with exterior doors to each room). I was able to park my car right in front of my room. The location is very close to the airport. “Positive: clean sheets, comfortable mattress, hot shower, no bugs, quiet, ac good, very pleasant staff. Negative: entire motel extremely old & run down, ratty old dusty furniture, filthy floors, poor lighting in room, isolated area, tucked in off the Main Street, Worst room we ever encountered & stayed in but had to stay as one emergency overnight. Wasn’t worth the price… Was double charged I just noticed I’m sure in error, will call them today to address & hope they refund.”

“Breakfast was supposed to be included. closet door off track cockroach in bathroom. Workers blocking entry to hotel and loud clanging of extension ladders being moved or taken down.”
