“Wie bei einem derart neuen Hotel zu erwarten war alles sauber und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Frühstück mit sehr reichhaltigen Angebot und ein toller Fitnessraum. Personal war ebenfalls freundlich und bemüht bei Anliegen schnell zu unterstützen.”

“Parking was impossible. No spaces and the spa didn’t actually offer any services and wasn’t open until 4 pm, so we couldn’t use it.Staff was not even apologetic when the room wasn’t made up as promised. Ended up leaving early. Still paid for the night we didn’t stay.”

“Bessere Ausstattung als erwartet. Leider hat der Duschvorhand geklemmt und der Pool war nicht beheizt wie angekündigt.”

“Check in is at 5PM while check out is at 10AM. Why do they need 7 hours to prepare a room that’s insane? The have one soap dispenser in the bathroom by the sink which is a “3 in 1”. How on earth can a place with 100s of rooms, a pool, sauna, restaurant and bar be so cheap about soap?! And worst part is you can even move it. This is a 2 star hotel pretending to be more. These greedy corporate executives need to be removed..”

“I traveled a lot stayed so many hotels. when you check my Hotel's grade, you can see here is most terrible hotel where I have stayed. 1. I really cannot understand everyday hotel rate increased. 2. They have not changed my towel, they hang on wet towel to make it dry. Haha. so, I used what I brought abd I put water on towel again to see how they work. but they did not changed towel again. 3. they did not serve any water, first time when I checked in there, I saw one water and drank. but...
