Less about many words and more about taking care of customer while staying cool and relaxed. Relaxed in co tacy does not mean relaxed when it comes to customer comfort . If customer asks if sauna ( outside ) is ready - better to check it twice rather then have naked customer entering cold sauna. “Easy late night check in and a delicious breakfast in the morning. The reception team were attentive and thoughtful - even offering a buffet take-away breakfast knowing we had an early flight back. Regular bus service outside of the hotel meant we could enjoy the best of Gdansk till late. A wonderful break made easy by these fab new hotel. Thank you! ”
